The hotel is quite dated and ugly, especially for the price. The wifi in my room was not strong enough to do any work, which was a pain. You can not work from the lobby/lounge because its LOUD with music. Thankfully someone did take me to an empty conference room (thank you!). While I did enjoy the thermal spa, it really needs a refresh (and maybe deep clean). This was not the quality I have come to expect from Movich in the past.

Good location to the aiport, thermal spa was a nice touch. Restaurant was quite tasty.

I booked two rooms and they were very cold and there is no aircon to warm it up. they staff did bring me a heater but I thought that was strange

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and a shout out to the shuttle bus driver who were also very helpful

There is no courtesy or available to pay drinking water in the room. You have to order from the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is okay, but don't expect high standards.

Pricey but dependable, the most convenient hotel for the airport, a short walk from the Puente Aereo. Can’t go wrong with Movich. I always stay here after a late/ early arrival.

Maybe it has to do with Booking but because I did not get stamp a V in the passport when I arrived. I was charge $30 more that the original price. That was pretty disappointing since it was my second stay at the hotel and I ended spending more than my budget.

No coffee maker in the room. No free bottle of water in the bedroom. Fish smell as soon as you walk in the hotel.

Boutique type, not too corporative. Nice ambiance music, soft lighting, pretty. The bedroom had two beds as I had required for a 1 night stay with my mother. Excellent location and shuttle service ( no stress regarding time or pick up from and to airport) Nice welcome service. The staff was superb. The restaurant was perfect to lower the travel stress, the food was super tasty, well served and great price. I’m already booking my stay for my return .

They didn’t accept USD at the counter and when they accept it they received for a looot less than the official My reservation was for 100 and at the moment to pay it they charge me 140 I don’t know they reason if they list in usd they should receive the usd as a payment not Colombian money or let the customer know it about it so we can do the exchange at the airport

The person who ended up checking me in was rude but everyone else was really super friendly the rest of the time. I couldn't get the room to cool below 21 so it was a bit warm in the middle of the night.

The shower was clogged so it was a little flooded every time we showered, nevertheless, I’m sure if we would have said something, they would have helped us.

Excellent customer service, attention to the details, we felt safe, supported and very comfortable. They even helped us with our passports that we forgot in the lobby.
