Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe hotel is quite dated and ugly, especially for the price. The wifi in my room was not strong enough to do any work, which was a pain. You can not work from the lobby/lounge because its LOUD with music. Thankfully someone did take me to an empty conference room (thank you!). While I did enjoy the thermal spa, it really needs a refresh (and maybe deep clean). This was not the quality I have come to expect from Movich in the past.
Good location to the aiport, thermal spa was a nice touch. Restaurant was quite tasty.

Excellent location and shuttle service ( no stress regarding time or pick up from and to airport) Nice welcome service. The staff was superb. The restaurant was perfect to lower the travel stress, the food was super tasty, well served and great price. I’m already booking my stay for my return .
