Beautiful hotel with great facilities in excellent location. The breakfast was delicious, luckily they had a gym after eating their delicious breads.

The breakfast options have a large variety but the food was average. We could select anything from the menu though, so this was pretty good value for money.

I felt safe during my stay. The hotel is very clean and well positioned in the Granada Area.

I think the cocktails could be improved. They're good, but they could be better.

Excellent stay as always. I highly recommend this hotel, very well located in the heart of Granada. Their staff is on top of everything, comfy rooms and beds, great breakfast options, smiles all day long.

I couldn't get the tv to work, and i had to go down to the front desk to get help as there were no instructions to call them from the house phone. The furniture, for a high end suite, was kind of old. Nevertheless, it was comfortable. The bar at night was "meh". We drank the freebie they gave us and moved on. It's not their fault but the sidewalks in Cali are DANGEROUS (nothing to do with the people, just the pavement) for this 75 year old guy. I don't mind it's on a hill; Cali is a hilly city. But I had to negotiate around some seriously broken concrete and steep steps to walk down the hill to Granada and I wasn't pleased.

We booked a suite. It didn't cost much more than a regular room and it was amazing.... with a few caveats. Breakfast was first rate. The a/c (two mini splits) was great. The bathroom was super, but they could have done a better job cleaning it. The suite was enormous (a half bath in addition to the regular one???). We had several family members in the room for a cocktail and conversation and there was plenty of room. The staff was super, throughout... front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, doorman, etc. And the Granada neighborhood below the hotel is one of the best in the city for boutique restaurants and shopping. Great taco restaurant across the street! I'd go back there.

The staff are SO helpful and friendly. Even with my limited Spanish and no English for some of them, they managed to answer all questions and helped us with unusual requests several times. Carlos went out of his way to help us when we were trying to find a club to go hear salsa and watch dancing. It is a charming older building set in an interesting neighborhood with good restaurants all around. The hotel restaurant is quite good though and we ate most of our meals there.

I am just learning Spanish so I was lucky to have a fluent Spanish speaker with me. It would have been a convenience to have someone on staff that spoke English. But I used my translation app and everyone was friendly and patient so it was not an issue at all.

Do not miss the breakfast daily. The food is excellent and the staff is attentive and friendly. The location was ideal for walking to dinner and drinks nightly. A short cab ride will get you anywhere you want to go in the north part of Cali. It's about 30 minutes to the airport so not far but not around the corner. The lobby level sitting area outdoors was perfect for a cocktail at night in the cool breeze. We felt safe, secure and welcome the entire stay.

There is nothing I did not like... But having a pool area or a larger more comfy lounge would make a great feature to have at this Hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic! especially the fruit and the eggs Florentine, really outstanding! also staff was great in particular Mr. Leider very helpful and courteous.

For me everything was good

It’s really close to nice restaurants, bars and shopping. The hotel its located in granada one of the major neighborhoods to go out in Cali. So we just went walking around. The breakfast included was delicious

It was too noisy, I can hear constant door slamming, the people staying next to me, water faucets from floors above.

The hotel was good, I liked that they had surveillance 24 hours, their breakfast is delicious, and the service is excellent. The location is also very good.
