The only complain I have is with the shower and bathroom. There were no shower curtain neither a glass, so when you get in there to shower the place will get completely socked with water.

The location was good, the beds weren't that confortable, but for a one night stay it was fine.

It’s a bit rickety, facilities were breaking down. A lamp fell in one of our rooms in the middle of the night, the toilets clogged and the curtains were broken, jacuzzi in suite was really gross. There’s more but you get the gist of it.

The staff was great, Lucia, her daughter, the breakfast waiter and Edgardo were awesome. honestly it’s the main reason they got a 5. And the water pressure was great.

the room was huge ,bathroom huge ,very clean, huge balcony, airconditioners was so strong and good,next door is a 24/7 pharmacy that sold everything from snacks to water to medicine and microwave meals,free breakfaat from 7am till 9am check out at 1pm.close to several restaursnts hidden gem price was very affordable.great customer service at front desk always said hello and they even rembered me when i came like almost 2 years ago what a warm welcoming it was.

Room had no windows, there were cocoons of spider pray all over the roof, the tv did not work and Netflix was not set up. We stayed just one night but it was very untidy for a family.

Dirty (leak in the floor, old soaps leftovers, foggy windows and shower box, sticky floor), dark room and very poor maintained. Reason why I left earlier.

I requested to leave earlier and cancel the 2nd night and it was promptly accepted.

Overall, what is good about the hotel is the location. I was in one of the balcony rooms and those have enough space, but overall, the cleaning needs improvement, maintenance is a must, it is an outdated building, but it could be better maintained. Bathroom is huge but had leaks on the ceiling (it rained a lot and then I had a leak for the next day or two), shower was at some point I think updated, but not maintained so it looks musty and dirty. WC leaks from the base and instead repairing it, a floor towel is provided to dry the floor. Staff is friendly, I had a party going late in the night across the street on the tattoo shop, and wanted to see if I could be moved, and they showed me a few options to move, however, those rooms are super small and smelled a lot to humidity/moldy environment, and definitively these rooms are too tiny and enclosed that I decided not to move and just hope the party ended up at some point that I could get some sleep. The fact the hotel is actually an old building doesn't mean it can't be better maintained. Parking lot is packed with roaches and has a weird layout. I did not try the breakfast, so can't provide feedback about it. Maybe they could charge a little bit more on the rate and invest in updating and/or maintaining better the rooms.

Overall, what is good about the hotel is the location. I was in one of the balcony rooms and those have enough space. Staff is friendly, a bit on the relaxed side of the service, but they are friendly and kind.
