Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The best is a little too hard for me, the place might need some maintenance in some places.

The staff was great every morning delicious breakfast on the terrace as the beautiful eagle and harming birds fly by the pool and gym area was clean and operational elevator very shiny and clean also free parking in front of the hotel.

In Colombia and No coffee in room. And no water either. Not even first day.
I came for medical reasons and needed to be close to doctor. Thus, location was fine. It was recommended by doctor so I didn’t selected but it was comfortable and cleaned. I didn’t see much of it just my room and a couple of times used the restaurant.

Rooms don’t have closet space nor drawers to store things.

There wasn’t a mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. Soap dispenser is not acomodable for seniors or kids because the dispenser has a push look

At this time the jacuzzi is not working properly and my kids love it.

Breakfast, room comfort, and staff are good. The restaurant is also good. Shopping malls and other places are also nearby. Hotel location is accessible for Uber cab.

The room is comfy, but is something missing of elegance. The towels look old and are small The room service and the quality of food ia not good enough. Breakfast is a buffet with some offer but limited variety of meals.
I like the jacuzzi. I traveled with my kids and they had fun in it. The terraze is so nice. The view is beautiful. The personnel attending is so kind in the front desk. The maid is so nice and the person in the spa area is very helpful. The area of the restaurant is nice. Service is good there. I like the juices very much.

Would have liked: the option of having a small coffee maker in my room; a textured shower floor or safety bar or handle to avoid slipping; a box of facial tissue; access to a quality corkscrew for the bottle of wine I bought in the lobby. (I had to use my car key to open the bottle.)
Staff members were courteous and attentive! Good night security. The breakfast buffet was great, and I enjoyed the curried chicken with a "Wee Heavy" ale for lunch. Don't forget to enjoy the nice sundeck with a jacuzzi, sauna, and exercise equipment; especially beautiful at night. Special thanks to Carlos, Jonathan, and the cleaning team. It would be a pleasure to stay at Hotel MS Ciudad Jardin Plus again! I would at least stop in for the restaurant and bar to say hello!

The bed was too hard, the pillows too soft, the shower ran hot and cold, and there was no dresser or table to put things. There was no side table on one side for any of the 2 beds. The TV did not work. The maids kept only providing two towels for three people and never any hand towels. One day, they did not clean the room until 3 pm! When I booked the hotel, I requested plant-based milk for our breakfast, but it was not provided. Even after I asked for it every day for the 4 days of our stay, they did not provide it even though the front desk staff promised. When I asked the kitchen staff each morning, they looked offended and did not care at all.
