I would add quesito to the breakfast and the hot water in the room never worked.

The staff were really kind and attentive. The location was great, close to the mall, to nice restaurants and you can find anything around. The place was clean and exactly what they offered in the description of the hotel. The breakfast is homemade with care, and it was delicious.

The room is a little dated but is a great value for money. An elevator would help a lot if you have multiple pieces of luggage because the stair a bit steep

I did find the road quite noisy but it was fine with ear plugs and quietened down during the night

I had an early flight but they kindly still provided the airport shuttle service to the hostel and let me keep my bag there until I could check in. They went above and beyond in their customer service in helping me out despite my limited Spanish!

Breakfast is convenient but fairly simple, do not expect nothing else than some eggs coffee and bread.

The place is small but very clean and comfortable. It is located in a nice neighborhood surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, including a full shopping mall a couple blocks away.

The room didn’t have a AC, just a fan. In the nights we were able to hear the clubs which are nearby but it wasn’t a big deal.

Nice hostel in a very good and safe location, very quiet and Just few steps away from the arboleda shopping center. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly.

My single room was comfortable with plenty of space, a private bathroom with hot water and even a balcony with a hammock. The staff were welcoming and friendly, from those at the front desk to the young man who cooked me breakfast. The hostel is in a nice part of the city where you can walk to shops, stores, bars and restaurants on the nearby main strip.

You have to say a day before what time you want breakfast.The lady never asked how i wanted my egg she just made scrambled eggs.I had breakfast appointments for 8:30 and at 8:24 she knocks on my door that breakfast is ready

Everything was great!

Location is great! Walking distance from everything. Staff is friendly and helpful. You are able to pick the time you want to have breakfast (7am-10 am I believe). Check in and check out was super fast. They have a person in the front desk 24/7. Whatsapp chat resposes are fast. It was very clean. I would stay again.

The only issue I had was a very inconsistent amount of hot water in the shower, but it was otherwise lovely.

Excellent value for a private room and bath, with breakfast included. The location is well situated in the circunvalar and city center, and the bus station to other areas is only a short taxi away.

Our stay was perfect for our needs. If you're looking for a party and social hostal, maybe there are other options. However, if you want to stay in a hostal that is clean, modern, centrally located to go out and get a good night sleep after, this is the place!

Nogal Hostel offers modern and clean facilities, centrally located from well-rated restaurants and bars at walking distance. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast, which was included in our stay, was tasty and filling. More details from our stay: My friends and I occupied 3 private rooms and had the hostel almost to ourselves, making our experience very familiar and comfortable. Personally, I stayed in a Private room with Shared bathroom. The room was large with closet space, fan, TV and it was warmly illuminated and decorated. The bathroom was easily accessible (next door), was always clean, and offered a hot shower with strong pressure. A great stay overall.

My room didn’t have a window and it didn’t have a private bathroom. During the weekend it can be slightly noisy because of the clubs on the main roads.

The rooms were not insulated and I could hear all the noise and loud music from the street until 1-2am, a dog crying all the night (it's not the host fault, of course) and people in the hostel walking up and down a very noisy stair. Breakfast was pretty plain, same every day: scrumble eggs, arepa, bread, coffee.
