Elegant design, very comfortable room and bed, very good location, friendly and helpful staff. Quite pricey but I would definitely recommend.

Advance warning about the amount of construction work in the area would have been good. Very noisy from early till late with this. Double glazing needed. Also the kitchen equipment didn’t include any basic washing up liquid or dish cloth.

The location great and we had a deluxe double, which was lovely. A little kitchen and more space.

Great location with plenty of food options close by. The staff were really friendly and bag storage was offered for free after check out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the green initiative to only clean the room when requested was appreciated.

The outside noise could be heard loudly through the windows. Making it hard to sleep at times.

Cute, modern but traditional, Great ambiance, helpful and friendly staff, hotel is located near entertainment, shops, mall and expressway.

The facilities are not so new and the roof wasn’t open so it was a bit disappointing

The location is Super central, the stuff helped us a lot and the breakfast is amazing. Over all very recommended.

Very noisy. They need to install double glazed windows to assist with the noise from the street and adjoining establishments.

Lack of sound isolation, so when there is party at the bars and restaurants close by it’s very loud and difficult to rest.

The noise from the clubs across the street and general city noise was pretty loud. Air con wasn’t the best.

Best location in poblano! Much quieter and calmer than most areas and felt super safe. Amazing breakfast and coffee just downstairs. Loved the open air bathroom and shower!

The bathroom situation with the exposed wall is a bit funny! But keep the lights off and you will be fine. I would however recommend for the hotel to do something to make it more private, if not for that, it would be perfect for me!

Great location, facilities and lovely staff. Everyone was super helpful and made sure we had a lovely stay. The cafe downstairs is great. The room was amazing and very comfortable.

Extremely noisy! Almost impossible to sleep. We had the cheapest classic room and the bed was very small for two people.

Due to the location its quite loud in the room at all times, we had to sleep with ear plugs. Besides that the air conditioning was a mobile one and also extremely loud. The floor was quite dirty (even though we saw that it was being cleaned). And some of the amenities need replacement, especially the hair dryer and the USB port station for phone chargers (2 of our chargers broke after being plugged in).

The location is perfect, right in the middle of all cafes, restaurants and bars. We had a big room with kitchen on the 5th floor and the room looked great and nicely designed with floor to celing windows and almost like an outdoor shower. Also lots of storage space.

The jacuzzi on the roof I thought would be hot but it was cool.

I have to ask for an iron. Each room need to have an iron, because the guest always needed. Only that, the rest everything was very nice. If I go back I stay there again.

You can find few restaurant to eat. Also at the roof but I didn’t eat there. But it was nice to enjoy around. I eat one day breakfast downstairs it was really good.

Power sockets were a bit delicate and the AC was a freestanding unit in the room which was quite noisy when running.

It has a great location, in a lively neighborhood with a lot to do. The room was really spacious and nicely decorated. Be aware though, its quite noisy outside, especially at night, so it’s not the quitest place you would find. The staff is very helpful and nice. Also they have an agreement with the cafe in the 1st floor where you can have breakfast and chill.

The room could be cleaner—there was a lot of dust—and it would benefit from having more space to store your belongings. Overall, a great spot for enjoying the vibrant area, but some improvements in cleanliness and functionality would make it even better. They did not offer breakfast

The location is splendid - fantastic street/intersection in Poblado packed with restaurants and coffee shops. However, it does come with the downside of noise, especially during the weekend, as there are bars right in front .

The sound insulation is really poor- the area is quite noisy and the live music from the neighbouring bar goes on until late. The music was loud enough to feel like we were attending the gig ourselves. The hotel room could also have been cleaner as there were a few signs of previous occupants.

Great location, really comfortable and spacious room, comfortable bed, handy having kitchen facilities such a hob, microwave etc too. There’s also a cafe downstairs that does good food.

The area tends to be noisy at night, before midnight the lightsleepers are advised to get ear plugs.

Contemporary hotel surrounded by a lot of greenery in the popular neighbourhood of El Poblado. I liked the interior design of the spacious rooms, and particularly enjoyed breakfast on the spectacular panorama rooftop. There are several breakfast options, and of course delicious Colombian coffee. The personnel are super helpful and friendly. Would definitely consider + recommend staying here again.
