The staff was wonderful. location excellent close to Buenavista Mall, a nice area!! breakfasts delicious!! room cleanest and spacious. I am very pleased with everything in this hotel.

The breakfast is a mess ! It didn’t work. I left without having it. There is not like a buffet that you can serve what you like ! It is very informal and takes time for people to prepare it. It is not practical the system that they us at the hotel.

I feel the breakfast need to be the same for all customer not different or juts one option

Everything was bad. Horrible customer service since I got there, staff informed me that I could only pay cash because I was American and they don't take American credit cards or banking cards, that they only accept payment in cash in Colombian Pesos. With no bank near by and no way to get my room before getting cash for them, I had to pay a taxi to a mall, so I could find an ATM to take cash out and pay another taxi back. I had to wait 2hrs to get room and the rooms were dirty, or were being painted under construction had to switch to 4 different rooms.untol the last one had a strong smell of paint and i ended up leaving and checking out 2 hrs later that same evening. I had 3 of my employees meet me there to go over some work for a couple of hours, and when they left the reception told me I needed to pay an extra 100,000 pesos in cash for having my employees stop by for a couple of hours. Then they told my employees as they were leaving that Becuase I was a " Gringo" I could just do whatever I wanted and not agree to pay extra cash for having people stop by the hotel. The worst experience i have ever had at any hotel in any country. It's absolutely horrible.

I booked online for a certain price, however, I had to pay more when I arrived at the hotel. The breakfast was a disaster, it was not complete, they offered several options of beverages and meals but at the end only arepa and coffee. Seems like the service is not important for the restaurant's staff.

It's a good place, everything was clean and tidy. it's a quiet and comfortable room.

the girl that did the check out was very cold not rude but not nice either she did not even said good bye

They had a second set of people staying at the hotel , for a function, so if you were just staying at the hotel and you were not apart of this function, the buffet breakfast was off limits, so you would order your food and wait, and I mean you wait, we waited patiently for 45 minutes after we had ordered. The hour mark I was a little frustrated, we had things planned for that morning, waiting over an hour for a simple breakfast order, by the way you only get one option and the coffee was not good considering we are in colombia. I don't recommend this place. There are better places with better service and better breakfast options, and you don't have to wait for over an hour to be served your breakfast and coffee.

When we went to check in for the first night, the front desk girl told us that she gave our room away because she thought we weren't going to show up. She suggested that she would book us in another similar hotel for the same price and quality if we paid that night. We were so tired that we took the offer, thinking that this new hotel was within the same caliber as ORSuites, but once we arrived, it was awful! Extremely poor quality, and the mattresses were hard as rocks. This was a huge disappointment, instantly regretted the trust we placed in the girl from the front desk in ORSuites. My suggestion would be to reach out if you are thinking of checking in a bit passed check-in time. Also, getting toilet paper and towels was a mission! They provided them to us, but it took a ridiculous amount of time. One day they told me they ran out of towels...

I love the location! It is close to everything! After like 5 or so there is this chuzo spot (toños) that sets up right next to the pharmacy next door and it is SO GOOD. Literally walking distance.

super loud & dirty. the hotel have has a nightclub right across the street which makes it hard to sleep because of the noise. The room was dusty, bed side tables with dust and stains, random hair in our bedsheets and the room didn’t even have hand/feet towel and only one body towel. We showed up at 9pm with a reservation made weeks ago so that was very disappointing. wouldn’t recommend this place to stay!
