We were in the suite by the pool and stairs. The main door and window were just not soundproof enough to isolate from noises coming from outside, (especially the door).

Nice rooms with interesting design, super friendly staff, good internet, good food options and breakfast.

- There was no water dispenser to refill, so you need to buy plastic bottles with water, quite not up to 2024; - coffee is not good, especially like for Colombia;

It’s a family run hotel and sometimes organization is a bit lost. It’s missing a floor manager who will take all responsibilities at the day. It could be a bit noisy on the room when people hang around the pool area and make noise. Rooms are lacking soundproof windows. Some rooms don’t have view or windows other than the description on booking.com. It could be a bit dark.

Property is very nice decorated and staff is very helpful. Location excellent against a hill so there are some level floor differences. You need to like climbing stairs. It’s very close to Parque del Perro where you can find very nice restaurants and bars.

Only a handful of things are missing in the room like a hairdryer and umbrella. Sound isolation can be a problem from the corridor.

Great overall experience. The staff is very friendly and available. and accommodating and the venue has almost everything you need (bring an umbrella!). Beds were very comfortable. Location is great, very safe and close to plenty of nice bars. Staff was able to recommend a good driver from the airport and for our general needs. No complaints overall!

A mini fridge would have been perfect, but because the room service was soooo good it wasn’t a big issue not having one. the staff are ALL LOVELY I do recommend it 100%

The breakfast was lovely every morning we both enjoyed it, the location was also perfect, very close to everything, bars, restaurants and a lot of site seeing if the city.

Not even really a dislike per se but the location coups be a little better but that would not stop me from returning!

This hotel is literally perfect! I prefer to stay at boutique hotels when I travel and this one did not disappoint! Probably top 3 of all the hotels I’ve been to. Even if I didn’t like visiting Cali (which I loved, but if I didn’t) I would go back just to stay here! The service was top tier 11/10! The food was probably a 7.5/10, everything was super clean and the entire staff went above and beyond for us, accommodating at every turn no matter what we needed! From transport to bar and restaurant recommendations to literally everything else! We always felt safe and in good hands. We had one of the apartments with the private hot tub and that was also perfect. Our unit was very spacious and had everything we needed!

Breakfast needs to be chosen thenday before and also the time. So it is a little unflexibel. Food quality could improve and the prices are too high for this level of hotel. After booking several emails that the payment should be done via transfer otherwise the room getting cancelled. This is a little strange as clearly stated payment in hotel and first time I had this.

This a very nice hotel, especially for couples and romantic weekends. Very friendly and helpful staff from the beginning to the end and great service in the room and very clean. Nothing at all to complain. Location is very safe and all is quite, but to have a car would be a good choice.

- Most beautiful luxury Villa with several rooms with yakuzi in the room. One apartment has the yakuzi on the balcony with spectaculair view. - Owner is a super host. Staff is extremely service oriented, friendly and very pro-active. - Breakfast is great - You really feel at home

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere like parque del perro, great staff. most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. everything about the hotel was exceptional. it was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where i had breakfast. food was good and service was attentive and efficient. room itself was well equipped and comfortable. also the nice swimming pool is a plus for the hottest moment of the day in cali. i was very pleased with my stay. i hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
