Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Just minor detail: we extended our stay a few times and were sent the instruction emails again and againnupon every booking, a total of over 30 emails which felt a bit overwhelming. But that was mostly due to the fact that most of the checkin process is automated. Not really bothering us during our stay

Sometimes the Wifi is not good.
It has a very good location, very economic, clean and neat, safe, walkable and near from the Center! Good breakfast with a cheap price! Workers from the place are very nice and communicative, always willing to answer you whatever questions.

The room is right next to the patio with a restaurant and the noise from there could sometimes be a bit loud. However, it didn't truly bother me.
The location is superb, close to the city center and the wonderful San Antonio neighborhood. The autonomous check-in and other processes were all very smooth, and the room is spacious with all that you need. I ended up extending my stay, twice! Laundry service was fast and for a good price, and overall the interaction with the staff was lovely.

That i didn't learn about the place when I first arrived to Cali
it's simple and bare bones but spacious and clean. lots of cafes around the hotel and walking distance to the stadium if you want to see futbol

The internet connection was very spotty so keep this in mind if you’re planning to work remotely
Well located, spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you need. Even has an air fryer in the kitchen and a really pretty, private backyard. Very good value for the price.

The cleaning staff was super nice... big and comfy apartment with a well equipped kitchen.. Access to the main door and to the apartment is with codes (might be helpful for people coming late at night)

Loved having my own personal space with a kitchen. The price was nearly as cheap as a bed in a hostel dormitory. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place which feels like your own. San Antonio is a good area with many salsa studios around

The apartment definitely got very hot with just 1 fan and minimal ventilation
A spacious apartment at a great price, plenty of kitchen equipment provided and super friendly staff. Location excellent in San Antonio. Excellent security system too!

Amazing place ! Perfectly located. Huge flat with a big bathroom and a kitchen. Everything was provided. The Check-in was easy. More than satisfied !

Not a lot of kitchen utensils - not enough to eat with for 2 ppl. Only 1 high chair at the table.
Great location and specious apartment - I really recommend it! Very good price-quality ratio 😊. The showers had hot water (not super warm, but good enough to enjoy the shower!).

You'll hear the noise of the patio as long as restaurants are open. Same for the lights, since there are no curtains. But it's mentioned often so it should not be a surprise.
Spacious apartment, simple but it has everything you need. It's clean and the location is good. Good value for money.

Some ants in the kitchen if food is left in sink :( checkout is early but they allow luggage storage.
Great location and staff are very helpful and accommodating. Kitchen was basic but we were able to cook dinner each night we were there. Bed was firm but it was perfectly comfortable.

I wish there had been mugs, dishes, flatware. There was nothing to pour morning coffee into. No plates/utensils to eat with or cut up food.
