An early checkin would have been appreciated. We arrived 30 min earlier at 2:30pm and couldn’t checkin as checkin is at 3pm. Perhaps the room wasn’t quite ready for us, but would have been nice if that’s what was said to me by the front desk vs the fact that checkin is at 3pm.

We had one of the double rooms facing the Main Street. The noise was there, but it didn’t bother us much. I always sleep with earplugs anyways and yes you can hear some dogs barking and cars passing by, but it wasn’t awfully loud as others have noted here. If you’re used to a city street noises, that’s what it’s like. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the breakfast was very good!! Also the location is great - walking distance to the town center with parking spaces right in front of the hotel.

Arepas ran out on the first day :( And they did not have a small store to get basic things (or wine) on site. We would have loved to enjoy a glass of wine or two by the fire pit on the first night 😊 The track at the back was great however I was traveling with my elderly parents which means that I would have prefer more security around the path specially as it was raining and I was afraid they would slip.

The property was amazing, rooms were great even though it took us a while to find the power points (under the bedside tables). The view is gorgeous from room 101, day and night (tip: wear pants and long sleeves mosquitoes do not discriminate and they are bloody vicious) Coffee percolador in the room was thoughtful and the aroma in the mornings helped waking in paradise.

It was way to expensive. Especially the breakfast not worth the money. As a vegan or vegetarian you just get 20% of what the full breakfast actually provides. They didn’t provide anything in return, not even an avocado for example.

It was difficult to fall asleep at night because of the noise from the road. You could hear every motorcycle and every car drive by as if you were outside.

The hotel itself is beautiful and it has a lovely walkway in the back that we enjoyed. The fireplace was perfect and the breakfast was good. The people working there were nice. The location was great. The room was simple but had everything you needed. My family and I had a lovely stay.

It was extremely loud in the morning, difficult to sleep. Also we were three people in a room and the room was very small for that amount of people. One person had to sleep on a mattress basically on the floor (small rolling bed that could be hidden beneath the big bed. It was quite short as well)

- hot water sometimes stops and becomes cold, therefore couldnt properly use the jacuzzi - its not a problem to walk 3min to the breakfast in an other hotel, but should have been mentioned - when you clean the room, please empty the thrashbin

Do not stay here. The owner is not helpful. The rooms are full of mosquitoes, they are not airtight. There is huge gaps allowing mosquitos in. We got over 100 bites between 2 people in one night!! Breakfast service is bad.

The deluxe bungalow is beautiful, clean, amazing hot bath outside. Reception staff were friendly.

The rooms that we received were facing the street with windows that didn’t muffle the noise at all, making it impossible to sleep at all. Not only was the noise horrible, but the beds were noisy and old and creaked all the time. The manager couldn’t do anything except tell us that they have received numerous complaints and that he couldn’t do anything about it.

The two rooms we got were facing the street without the proper windows to muffle the noise and it was impossible to sleep and the manager couldn’t do anything except to say that they have had numerous complaints about it and that there was nothing he could do. I tried to get my money back so I could go to another hotel but his answer was that I had to talk to Booking.com. Not only the noise was unbearable but the beds were old noise and creaked all the time. Once again, impossible to sleep. My entire stay in that hotel ruined my vacation to celebrate Christmas with my family. I will never recommend this hotel, not even to my worse enemy.

It should not be called hotel since the room cleaning does not come everyday. Breakfast is very limited. When room is cleaned is not properly cleaned and there are quite a few insects like mosquitos going in the room. The room was quite dirty.

Some of the rooms do not have windows from the room but doors that are not sealed well which brings insects into the room and discomfort. Walkways to some of the rooms with sharp descents without a safety rail. They don't clean the room like that every day. None of the staff speak English. The breakfast is very cheap and uninviting, These rooms hardly have a view . I don't think it's worth the price.
