Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The area is a bit sketchy after dark. But I was expecting that. The room can be a bit warm. Probably only suitable for a couple of days.
The price of Hotel and the location in respect of tourism is great. The staff are great and there is 24 hour reception which is necessary in the area. Close to cafes and shops!

No communal space, but you can’t fault them for that. Good place if you want to explore but have a safe friendly environment to come home to.
Staff were lovely, really friendly and the place was clean.

It was easy to hear sounds and actions from other guests which can be inconvenient especially in the night.
I appreciated the amenities that were available to guests such as a refrigerator, multiple towels and soaps, hairdryer (although I didn’t use it) The location was very convenient for me.

The bathroom doesn't have a fan to evacuate the humidity from the shower so the room gets humid, and feels therefore warmer.
Good service, comfortable and clean. It's safe and it's possible to get drinkable water or to buy drinks there. No breakfast or restaurant there but available close by.

The room was a little small for two beds, but I was by myself and didn't mind for one night. The area (centro) does not have a lot around the hotel for late night eats or things to do, but this was not a problem for me.
I arrived late and left early, just needed to sleep on my way further south. This was the perfect place for that and I honestly wished that I had more time to explore the area. It was in centro, walking distance to a hospital and a bakery type place. The lady at check in was so nice, friendly, and helpful. There is someone at the desk 24/7. I originally had a room upstairs, but I had a lot of luggage and they don't have an elevator, so she allowed me to stay on the main floor. She also gave me great directions to a late night spot to eat. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! The shower was nice and had quick hot water that lasted my whole shower.

It can get noisy, the walls and the door are very thin and there was no window in the room, but I read that before so it was fine.
Amazing hotel! I loved my small comfortable room. The room was well equipped and very clean. They clean the rooms every day. The staff were super friendly! I first booked only one night, because I was not sure about my route in this region. But at the end I extended my stay to 5 more nights. Pereira is perfectly located to get to all beautiful places. They always offer free water and coffee at the reception. I honestly think that the room could be a bit small for two people.

A little bit loud, you can hear the other guests but that's everywhere the case in Colombia.
Comfortable bed, everything is clean and good working WiFi. My check-in is already possible at one and stuff is very adorable
