It was in the middle of nowhere not near any restaurants you could walk to. Had to take uber. Couldn't see out any windows on the first floor.

It was clean and safe.

Shower needs attention. At some times there was little or no water running at all. It is annoying.

Unfortunately they damaged our raincoat. Probably did not follow the 30°C, no tumble dry request.

You can preorder breakfast (for extra), and choose from 5 options. The rooms are nice. It has nice sit out and chill terrace area, and even a rooftop. They have laundry service as well. The area is quiet. A big mall is 10-15min by foot.

Hoped people would interact more with each other but thats not the case at all and also there is nothing in the area, so you have to walk 15mins to get anywhere (to get food for example)

Got everything i needed, with fresh water, tee and coffee all the time. The room was great and had a privat balcony. All in all a good experience.

The location is nice but be aware you have to grab a taxi or the metro.

We really enjoyed our stay here, fairly quiet area with a walking distance to the nearest mall and metro. The room was very spacious and had aircon to cool down from the heat! The breakfast was also great which changed daily! I would recommend staying here.

Not a big deal but they served Nescafé which was a little disappointing for the country of the best coffee. Was not an issue for me either but the location is not the closest to the centre (30 minutes walk or 10 minute drive) ideal for a quiet peaceful stay to avoid the noisy roads. I think it is also worth mentioning that while the staff were honest and safe, you need to leave your room key at the reception upon leaving the hotel - again no biggy but FYI.

The staff are sweet and great I specifically loved Carolina - she was a blessing. She did everything to ensure I am well taken care of and attended to. The rooms were decent, clean and quiet.

The place was advertised as located in the El Poblado area, but it was in a residential neighborhood, so you had to take a taxi/Uber to get anywhere. The wifi in my room (103) was not that strong.

The room was big, with a lot of storage space. It was very quiet. The breakfast is good.

we didnt like that the room didnt have air conditions, and only fans. so its was very hot in the night. the breakfast didnt have many option, but it was still good. the wifi sometimes didnt Work in the room.

wifi seems a little slow, breakfast was to be served starting at 7:00 am on sunday no one was available for breakfast until 9:00 am. I had to leave for a tour at 9:15 so I didn't get any breakfast

The breakfast was good but a little sparse. The rooms a very small. Rooms are quiet but are between buildings so there in no direct sunlight, which I am a fan of.

No internet at all, even my own data didn’t work there. The room had only an ugly, dirty wall as a view. No hot water, just barely warm, and nor enough for a full shower. Uncomfortable bed. Incompetent and not very kind receptionists, except for one. When I arrived at 10 pm, nobody was there, nobody knew I was coming, although they had sent me a several emails of confirmation

Some staff members were very nice and helpful, especially the chef. I don’t remember the name, but he helped me the night I arrived as he was the only one there
