The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Meals offered at the hotel were convenient and inexpensive.

In-town transportation can get challenging at times. Nearby beaches leave a bit to be desired; you have to take a taxi/bus to reach the nicer beaches.

Quiet hotel/pizzeria half a block from the beach, 30 minutes walk to buses, if you can take the heat (or around US$2 for a tuk tuk). Friendly, helpful staff (arranged a tuk tuk back to the bus terminal for us when leaving). Very clean. Front gate locked at night, own key to room. Excellent wifi/internet/network throughout, streaming services (eg Netflix) available on TV. Restaurant on site, pizza, pasta, burgers, dogs. Had better, but not bad and reasonably priced, on your doorstep. They are proud they don't play music, and it's a very pleasant change to enjoy a meal while being able to hold a conversation. Fridge to use for chilling drinks. Lovely open front area, with loads of plants and a covered plunge pool to cool off in. Very hot, but rooms have air-conditioning and fans. They claim they recycle, and there are reminders to switch off appliances when not in use. Rooms cleaned on request. Large bedroom, plenty of storage (shelves). Bedside cabinet and bedside light switch. Good lighting in moderate sized bathroom.

Cash only. Only one usable power point in bedroom available. Lighting not brilliant. Bed a little too soft. Only 2 hooks for clothes. Needs more hooks in bathroom too.

It is a great hotel, we spent just a night but enough to enjoy the facilities. The room was spacious, super clean and out of mosquitos that are very common in the area. The staff was gentle and helpful all the time, they even helped us with our luggage when we arrived before check -in and finding transportation for us. If you want to rest, this is the place to stay.

Doña Claudia, the host was super helpful finding information for us. The hotel is very relaxing and the only sound was the mangoes falling from the mango trees. The room was very clean and the bathroom was comfortable and convenient to use. I highly recommend this hotel, it is like feeling at home, something few hotels can achieve, regardless of the the number of stars.

Really lovely owners and staff, the place was very clean with nice spacious rooms and clean bathrooms and to top it off they made pizza in the eve. Overall had a great time

We had a very good communication with the host, even we managed to arrive at 11 PM. The rooms were simple, but with aircon and bathroom, so this is the place to sleep and rest before going to the sea. We needed transport for different sites, the host helped us to solve it. Thanks a lot!

Well, I'd really want to eat at leas an average pizza quality in Colombia, but there is a lot to work until reaching this result. Maybe some effort so learn from Youtube could help. The tools are there. Also, don't expect the hot water, but we are on the seaside. Is naturally warm enough.

The breakfast was great value and the location was great

Our room was really nice and comfortable, as well as super clean. It was a perfect location, with some really useful amenities such as the restaurant which is really reasonably priced.

The staff were helpful but seemed a little bit annoyed when we needed help initially, making us feel a little uncomfortable to ask for things. However I think it was more of a language barrier situation in hindsight as my Spanish is very basic but we have had friendlier hotels even when communication was difficult.

Close to the beach, comfy bed and short walk to bars and restaurant.

We booked the balcony room and were given a room on the ground floor without one. Staff were impatient with our limited Spanish and while we are understand that many places have cold water only the shower was a wobbly pipe sticking out the wall.
