I picked this hotel as I was attending trade show at Plaza Major Convention center. Although it has been renovated (by the look at it), the facility wasn’t as nice as it lacked a proper desk, dual locking mechanism for the door. The bathroom partition didn’t even shut closed. I had to lean onto the door to avoid water from splashing out.

The room is very noisy, very poor soundproof. The wall is very thin, so every time the air-conditioned switch on or off the whole wall vibrates. The staffs don't speak English and you have to walk to other building to have breakfast.

There was some noise from my next door guest neighbors, behind the TV there was an uncovered faceplate that allowed sound waves to travel freely to my room. Other than that, It was a great place and I would highly recommend this place.

my room was right next to the front desk and it was super loud! also, I couldn't pay with a credit card, just cash. And the staff was not willing to help you out. Actually one of them was not from Medellin and she didn't know where a bank was, or a drug store, anything.

The property is a solid 25 min walk to Central Laureles and a 17 min walk to nearest Metro station. It just takes time to get to places. We actually used Uber a lot and it is really inexpensive.

WE Loved that it was quietly tucked away in Laureles! Right across from the Parque de Rio- which is beautiful and Full of Local Life!! We had a private room w/our own bathroom. It was large and Comfortable and Quiet. The Staff was warm and helpful!!! we stayed 8 nights and it was like coming “home” each evening after FULL days of exploring Medellin!

They canceled my reservation with no reasons or previous communication. We arrived around 11pm and the hotel.occupacy was full. They canceled my reservation without any communication. It is insane you cannot plan your trip with that kind of service. A little 6 years boy was with us.... We were calling several hotels looking for rooms for my family. The person in the front desk was distracted and she had no idea about how to help us to find another location. Just after we arrived to the hotel they canceled the reservation. Because they asigned my rooms to other guests. This is not a serious business. No recommended.

Hotel required cash not card for lodgings. No computer(s) for quest use. Customer service could be improves (i. e. many = I can not help you). Shower leaked into the bathroom floor. The Hotel I booked online told me, they only had three (3) of the seven (7) days I booked. If I wanted all 7 days, I would have to go to their sister Hotel. The second Hotel was not as good as the Hotel I finally stayed at.

The breakfast was good & the restaurant staff was good. Residential neighborhood was relaxing & good. Cleaning staff only entered my room when asked.
