We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

1) For a 4 night stay hotel must provide additional toilet paper if needed. 2) Front desk staff needs to be trained to deal with customers. 3) if elevator is not operational, staff must bring luggage to the hotel rooms. 4) construction workers staying in the hotel, not a good impression! 5) For breakfast hotel must provide milk option for coffee and chocolate. 6) Noise by construction.
Breakfast was good. Location and cleanness.

The administrator no to trust. In booking always they have booking cancelation no fee But they decide to charge for a night which I did not stayed because there was not parking available and I couldn’t have. A place where to leave my rental car. And when I request to speak with the administrator the attitude of the lady receptionist was too rude . I could hear noise in the room during night . Room on second floor only . Because first floor non problem

Nothing. I loved everything.
It was an extremely cute hotel and the rooms were very cozy. Even without air conditioning the hotel and rooms maintained a very comfortable temp. The bed was super comfy and I loved the showers and overall personal feel of the property! Even though i spoke minimal Spanish, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Shout out to Jaider Felipe! He’s amazing. I’ll definitely stay here again!

There is NO Air conditioner !! They give a fan which doesn't help much. The lift is too slow.
The hotel is super clean and near to the party places. They offer complimentary coffee and you can order food without any problems to your room. There is a store that is open till late if one wants anything. The guy at the reception was very helpful.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked to find out that they had given away the suite rooms that I booked for me and my family to spend new years eve. We had to go and find new accommodation last minute.

I didn't like the area, but it's not a big deal if you take a taxi and get dropped off right by the entrance. There's no a/c to help fight humidity, just a fairly noisy fan, and the window is tiny, which made me feel like I was staying underground. The room was clean, but the towels had a few older strains, that's something I didn't expect from the 4-star property. There's no food options nearby, but the's a bar and coffee, plus there was a flyer for 24hr delivery, unfortunately, there's no breakfast listed on the menu. I didn't enjoy the room inspection prior to check out either. I don't know if it's something common for this part of the country, but I've never experienced staff counting towels and checking if we stole batteries from the tv remote.
This place had a really comfortable bed and a great shower. 24 hour reception and 1:00 pm checkout had saved our day. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's close to the bus terminal. I think booking this room last-minute was a great option for us because of our delayed arrival and a short stay. I did list a few things that I wasn't happy with. I'm not sure if those points are worth complaining about, however, it might be a deal breaker for those planning a longer stay or choosing this place as a romantic getaway or for family vacation.
