The shower could use a shower head and the beds could be a little more comfortable

No where does it state that eveyone staying there needs to show a passport or ID to check! The receptionist was like I won’t be able to check you in if u don’t have it that is not ok they should inform everyone during booking.

The breakfast is pretty much the same every day. The location is good, the small town main plaza half of block away.

Maid services. After traveling all day I arrived to the hotel and the first thing I did was to take a shower not realizing that there were no towels. I requested two towels and one was brought to my room. The next morning I requested another towel and No luck. They did cleaned the room. The following day I requested a room cleaned-up. We returned to the hotel around 10pm the room was cleaned the bed was made, I got a new towel but there were no pillow cases. Weird! The front desk provided me with two pillow cases. Outstanding service from the ladies at the front desk! Thank you

The staff got an attitude for no reason. The room wasn't ready till past 4. There's only one reason you visit this town; the staff should mention right at the check in where and how to get tickets, or at least ask you if you know how. I was lucky and got mine the next day from a hotel nearby.

The hotel's location and appearance is excellent. The hotel is in the middle of the little town with plenty of shops, restaurants and the main plaza is just a block away.

The room offered was not the same booked, but after making the claim, the lady at the reception kindly managed to get a similar room. So all went well eventually. Also, it is worth noting that the parking is not free, only it is free during the night, between 8 Pm and 9 Am

The room is above a busy road very noisy at night and early in the morning. No sound insulation.

The room was huge, and the bathroom was very clean with a good shower. Central location just next to the main plaza. The bed was massive too.

I didn't notice that that the room doesn't have a window (my fault) but arriving there i noticed that it doesn't even have any ventilation, fan or something where air comes in. I'm not sure how you would sleep there with 2 pax. The hotel is indeed new, staff is friendly professional but didn't go the extra mile. Standard room is small with an uncomfortable white light and some minor things already need to be fixed. In general, it was OK but I would not stay again.

The rooms were too hot, and did not have any windows or airways, at some point my partner asked me to open the door for a while.

The rooms don’t have any windows or extractors so we had to sleep with the door a bit open to have some airflow. Breakfast very average… I would recommend to go around the corner to the bakery to have local food for around 3-4 dollars per person.

The room had no window and apart from two beds, a TV and an empty shelf absolutely no furniture. Only neon lights on the ceiling - felt like a hospital.

They charged me more than the booking price. It was a “fee or commission” that I had to pay +50.000cop above the negotiated price. In addition, They didn’t even know where the mf parking lot was. Unbelievable!! No dang towels in the rooms. I didn’t really believe the new price bs that it was a “fee” which pretty much was about 30% more, they made me pay what booking charges them Per reservation, pretty sure it was . No sense at all. Never getting back again.
