Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing. It was great
It was great!! Not far from the shopping mall, it was clean and the staff were very helpful to me when I needed to catch the Metro. What a great place to stay!

It's hotel. Not a block/cement building so if you need / want complete tomb like silence this is not for you. You will hear walking/talking/movement in the halls etc. I had no real problem but aligned my expectations with hotel atmosphere. Breakfast was well attended by friendly people. I don't eat eggs but had all the coffee and fruit I wanted. Decent start and no complaints. there's really no complaints here.
Location was perfect. Large glass door leading to the large front patio, someone is ALWAYS attending the desk and really nice, ready to assist. Everything worked, no probs the entire trip. Drinks and little things for sale in the lobby just charge it to the room easy peasy. Great food 5 min away walking. Super safe and quiet neighborhood and pretty quiet although I was not there on a weekend to be fair.

The only thing i didnt like was that the rooms were really small all of them.
Everyone is super friendly and will assist you with anything like getting a taxi, tour guides information and even suggest restaurants. Everyone was super friendly ad helpful.

The location is perfect. It's a close and safe walk to Sabaneta park. There is a grocery store nearby. The rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. Plenty of lighting. Every time I visit Sabaneta this is my place! I stayed there during the weekday and the noise level at night was pretty quiet compared to other neighborhoods.

There was no hot water for showers. There was no change in the daily breakfast. For long stays like mine that was a little tiring but if I was there for a couple of nights, it would not have been an issue. There was no ability for individual orders os
I thought the staff, in general, was friendly and tried to be helpful. No complaints about them. The location was good and within walking distance from downtown, the main plaza, shopping, and the metro. I like to walk and enjoy the city. Taxis were readily available. Restaurants and food options were also close by.

Offer a buffet style breakfast. Breakfast and terrace areas need livening up.
Simple but tasty breakfast. Would be better if it was a buffet style breakfast even if it costs a little bit more. All reception staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a good job too.

Room is very small. I booked that room because it said that it was 45m2 but the room was less than 20m2. Also very noisy as on a main road. It was okay for 1 night.
We arrived late and stayed for the night. Reception staff was friendly. They also had a spot for our car in the small garage, so that was lucky. Bathroom is small but adequate, good shower.

As a couple we felt the room was very small. If we were to come back we would opt for a suite. The hotel is nice but you can hear street noise as well as noise in the hallway. Breakfast was fine, but the menu stays the same. This is a complaint of most guests. There are plenty of food options within walking distance if you want a change.
The hotel is within walking distance to most places in Sabaneta. The staff is friendly and housekeeping did a great job. You really can't beat the price and location. All in all a good budget hotel choice.
