This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The food in all the restaurants was wonderful. The Aqua Spa is an addition that you cannot afford to miss. The entire experience was incredible. As an American traveling I can say this is one of the best hotel/spas that I have ever seen. The cleanliness was absolutely amazing. And to me maybe the best part is the price of food, services, golf, spa, transportation. This experience would have cost me 5 times as much in the U.S.

United Statesthe security of the closed gated community that the hotel is located in were very rude and made numerous derogatory comments to my wife and I upon entering the community. They Made us feel like we were not of high enough class to be there. They need to train their security staff to be sensitive to guests of the area. One day they may look to buy and will be turned away by the rudeness of the security staff. I know its not the hotels fault but it put the hotel in a very bad light before even stepping foot inside. that needs to change.
