I was surprised there is no heater in the room. Reading the reviews of most hotels in Bogota it turned out almost no hotel providing heater.

The room I booked was really big, I didn't think it was that big. Welcoming staff accompanying me to the room was very nice. Breakfast was with many fruits I liked it.

We were surprised to see that almost anyone speaks English; moreover when we arrived, the room was not very clean and we had to call the cleaning staff to clean again and prepare the third bed (our reservation was for 3 people but room was prepared for 2). The location is not too far away from restaurants and bars (10-15 min on foot) but we would have preferred to stay closer to the most lively area of El Chapinero.

A huge and very good breakfast is served, with many options for everyone and everything was really fresh. Staff in the restaurant was very nice and friendly: the best past of our stay was the breakfast time! Room was wide with comfortable beds. There is a sauna but we didn't have any time to use it.

The suite room is very spacious and hotel is in a good location for exploring nearby streets with lots of shops and restaurants.

When paying with a credit card, be careful. The receptionist charged us in Sterling instead of Colombian pesos, which inflated the price. We ended up paying 14% more than the original price listed on Booking.com.

Concise Version This hotel is a great choice. It's conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet, and the breakfast is excellent. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Don't miss the rooftop bar—it has a fantastic atmosphere and amazing views.

I didn't like the fact that there was no bed sheets, nor piĺows for the sofabed. The first night I arrived, I was really tired and had to sleep on the sofabed without pillow, nor sheets and it was cold. I didn't like the fact that my room which was like a little apartment, had no glasses, no plates, no forks, no nothing. It had a coffee machine without the cup, so I could not boil water. There was literally nothing in my kitchen to help myself.

I liked the hotel in general, the room, the Lounge, the breakfast was delicious, the service, the gym, the sauna.

4 days everything was very good we enjoyed ourselves as a couple it is close to the city and everything else the only thing that didn't work properly was the sauna but the gym is perfect the food was exceptional the place itself was really good would definitely go back

Given the price of room was really nice. But despite having asked for late check out so that I can sleep in, I was of abruptly woken up by an extremely loud noise of a hammer drill right above my head on the floor above me at 8 am. Before this incident, I was going to give this place a really high rating, but sleep is very important to me and I feel like at a hotel, They should value that and take greater care as to not disrupt peoples sleep, since that’s essentially what their selling. A good night sleep.

The sofa bed did not work, which didn't matter because it did not have sheets or bedding provided. The king-size bed was not comfortable at all.

It took me 2 hours of my day for waiting for them to come to open rhe safe in the room. Everytime i went out i need to pass by the reception to reactivate the room keys.

The only problem was the service . You need to wait for the beverages because the waitress always is busy. The beds are too old are not comfortable.

Front desk staff experience was mixed. Some were of little personality or sense of training in customer service.

Great facility. Comfortable room and beds. Clean and modern bathroom. Excellent Breakfast buffet. Super gym and sauna though we did not use them. The front door services and transportation system is stellar. Secure location and facility with card security elevator.
