The restaurant service was a little slow which was fine-wasn't in much of a hurry anyways. The menu was a little limited compared to other restaurants in the area but the food was fine.

I stayed in a junior suite and it was a great sized room (especially if you are there for more than one night). The facilities may seem a little dated but I was really happy with the resort. There are a ton of pools and private beach access with palapas. The playa was very calm and great to swim in. The staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodated a late check out so we could hang out at the resort a little longer until our evening flight. Great breakfast. This resort is located a little outside of the town (south of the airport).

This was the perfect location for us. We had a wedding in Kapicua and all the staff helped in every way possible. The Private beach is so beautiful and calm, and the pools are ideal for the family. Breakfast was amazing.

Тhe location nearby of a structure for loading coal onto ships, which not only spoiled the view of the sea but also created constant noise. This was not stated anywhere when we booked the hotel

The facility is definitely showing it's age and a few things could use some upkeep, but overall it's still a very nice place and we had no problems.

The location is very good. It's a few minutes away from Santa Marta, which is nice because it's in a quiet, peaceful location. And there is security to limit entry and exit from the facility. The place has everything you need for a relaxed extended stay. There are a couple restaurants, bars, several pools, a small store if you need a few basic items, and a private beach with shaded areas to sit and enjoy the view. The absolute best thing about Santorini is the staff! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The man at the check-in desk is bilingual, which was very helpful, especially with my poor Spanish ability. The place exceeded my expectations and we had an excellent, relaxed stay here.

The nearby charcoal loading dock makes constant noise and the coal powder makes sand and water dark. For some reason, it is forbidden to stay at the beach after 6 p.m.

The hotel was clean, nice and comfortable, the staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast buffet had many options. There is a shop (snacks, drinks, alcohol, cosmetics), a restaurant (local dishes, fresh and tasty), a bar and a wellness and spa centre available. There are five outdoor swimming pools available to the guests free of charge. The beach is small, but private, with few people and no venders. There is no natural shade at the beach but there is a bar; chairs, tents, showers and toilets are also available to the guests. The airport is very near (15 minutes by taxi).

Had to pay more to get a room with the amenities the filter advertised. I needed a fridge for diabetics meds. Had to rent the suite with kitchen. Food average some good, some terrible like the seafood soup.

There was a problem with Wi-Fi. We didn’t have connection for the last two days and they didn’t check even though we asked them to do. 

Hotel in general was very high quality. Very comfortable quiet and stuff was very kind and helpful. Location is great. Just 10 minutes to airport. It has It’s private beach and multiple pools. Food was very delicious. We definitely will visit again.

No access to the beach area after 6 pm. Even to only sit there and drink something. Publicity shows that you could stay there after sunset but that is not correct. Port to close to the hotel.
