Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the noise from the people entering and the elevator goes from the hall so it might be abit uncorfortable at the begining. it is not a deal breaker but you can feel doors opening and the elevator up and down, but this is more a building infrastructure issue.
the lozation is amazing, a really quiet area so you have time to rest and sleep in a safe environment. It is ideal for people who enjoy other aspects of the city but party.

The staff was super friendly. I got sick and the staff arranged an earlier checkin. The food was really good and the rooftop bar was nice. The room was small but perfect for our city trip.

It would be great if they had a USB charging port for visitors that cant use Colombian socket.
Hotel is great and their restaurant is amazing. Room has a minibar. Generally good experience.

The service was very good. Rooms as advertised. I wish they were a tad bigger, but they are perfect for short term stays. Location is unbeatable. Very safe, quiet, and close to the main Blvd.

The bathroom was very small and had an awkward layout. The toilet was too close to the shower, which has some issues with keeping the water inside. Also, on my first day, I had to ask for toilet paper. Not sure if it was an oversight or a strategy. Thirdly, the breakfast could be much better and more. It wasn't my favorite. Like a lot of hotels in Colombia, you have to pay for an overnight guest. If I remember correctly, it costs around €15.
My room had a nice view of the city, which was nice to see in the mornings mostly. Loved that there were windows I could open as needed. The staff was generally nice and hardworking - regardless of the time of day. It is an affordable hotel and the basics were there for the most part. You can also get from there to wherever with an Uber. I wouldn't walk around there at night, though, I think (to be fair, I'd say the same about just anywhere in the city). In the daytime, though, you can find a lot of nice restaurants and such within walking distance. I had some good traditional food around there. The train station is also not too far, in my opinion (if you wanna go to Parque Arvi, for example). Additionally, there is always someone at the reception, so you can get in ok after a night out, and you can buy snacks (don't expect too much variety though).

The elevator did not go to the rooftop, and the hot tub was dirty.

The room has no window and the walls are thin, you can hear everything. The spa area is a bit soulless and the sauna takes forever to heat up. The sockets are only on one side of the bed.
Ideal for its location. The bed is comfortable and the room is daily cleaned. The price is not bad.

the room was super small and wasn't isolated at all, you could even see the light through the door coming to the room from a corridor from each edge of the door... you could hear a party on the rooftop etc. I would never give the 4 stars for this facially but maybe it's the Colombian standard. The rooftop was disappointing - based on pictures I expected something decent but there are only tables for eating breakfast and one more table outside a breakfast area (although was quite dirty)
The staff was friendly, they allowed me to leave suitcase a couple of days before the checkin. The bed was ok, the bathroom was nice, the location very good, free tea and coffee. The breakfast quite small but delicious. Very ok for 1-2 nights or for longer if you don't spend much time in the room
