Check in process: we arrived early in the morning after a very long flight and were able to leave the luggage in the reception. We were then told they could try to check us in early, depending on availability, otherwise 3pm would be guarantteed. We went sightseeing and came back at 3pm very tired with 3 children. When we arrived, we were told there still weren't any rooms available, we had to wait until 4pm for the room, which was very fustrating.

The only - point was that there was only 1 elevator which is also shared with staff - so often had to wait a log time.

1. At check-in the bill is getting higher than booked, with some additional charges. Had to request to remove. The couple checking in before us had the same issue. So, would recommend to check it in the check-in not at check-out. 2. Pool was closed at 9 pm 3. Balcony has high wall, so you can enjoy the view by standing only 4. The shower needs an update. Showerhead was clogged and looked old

Located in quiet, safe area. about 15-20 min walk to main street with restaurants, bars, tourist area. Decent 3* room, large balcony with view of mountains. Good breakfast

Everything was great!!

It was such a nice hotel!! We loved the food, spending time at the rooftop when the kids were in the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great neighborhood and lots of things to do around!

The shower did not function fully - the head was leaking from the top connection and the hot water used to suddenly change temperature so you can get scalded

The first or second night the elevators were down so we had to walk up and down the stairs and i was on the 11th floor. And the fact I had to pay to have people come to my room I've never been to any hotel in any country that did that so it was weird other than that I loved my stay here

The Sites Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Medellin. The rooms are cosy and clean, the staff are very helpful and speak good English. The breakfast is exceptional with many items including cereals.

We really missed the do it yourself laundry option that was eliminated. It was a great incentive. The extra large pillows were not nearly as comfortable as expected.

Both staff attentiveness and breakfast were great. Giobany, as always, was extremely helpful. Rooftop remodel was nice. This was our fourth stay, and we were very pleased.

Some of the rooms needed maintenance services. However, any maintenance issues were attended to timely.

There really wasn't anything about the hotel to not like. It is in a more isolated residential area. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby but that also means it's much quieter. Just plan to us taxis or ubers.

On two separate occasions they tried to charge us for using the minibar when we had bought our own drinks.
