There where some issues with the room but quickly was all taken care of

This hotel needs to change their approach from being reactive to proactive. The last 3 stays at the hotel, I have to change rooms because the room is musty smelling or Air conditioner is not working properly, I have to ask to change telephone, TV, TV remote or blinds are not working. Staff need to proactively check each room to make sure all facilities work before putting a guest in the room. The last thing you want to do is spend hours trying to get a good Air conditioning or TV or something after a long journey when you just want to rest. How costly is it to put room refresher in each room or even the floor to give welcoming smell for guests. I was on the 6th floor and while floor smelled musty and the elevator on the left, the 6th floor button didn't not work..had to report several times and got fed up so o ending up either getting of the 5th floor or wait for the right elevator.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, and you get immediate response if you have an issue with your tv or Air conditioner etc, breakfast is a buffet with good food. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Room , bed and bathroom are very spacious and still a good location with stores, restaurants etc very close. Security is 24 by 7 and hotel is guest friendly if guest have ID. I stay at this hotel everytime I am in Barranquilla.

Since it was during a busy week, we had an almost 2 hr wait after check-in time to get our rooms.

The best service I've received from hotel staff in Barranquilla. The full staff was always helpful - they were the highlight of our stay. The room was spacious as well and very clean.

Unfortunately some of the rooms in the hotel are starting to have a problem with mold.

My family and I have been loyal patrons of this hotel for almost a decade, ever since its grand opening. What truly sets it apart is its immaculate cleanliness. The exceptional service from the front desk and attentive bellhops ensures that our stay is always smooth and hassle-free. Location is not close to main attractions such as malecón, ventana al mundo, etc. Actually every ride to something nearby was around 20 minutes or so. Pool is nice but small. The blackout in my main bedroom window wasn’t working properly. It needs an update urgently since you can tell it was poorly installed.

Bed was comfortable and our stay had breakfast included buffet-style which was very nice. There’s a pool on the rooftop and a bar next to it to chill that makes it a nice experience.

I am not one of those snobby tourists that complain about no one speaking English. I was a little surprised there wasn't at least some English-speaking resources available. I am patient and the staff was patient so this was simply a minor issue. The other issue is I have not received a copy of the bill. To me this is unacceptable especially when I asked for a copy and was told it would be in my email.

The room very nice . Bed as comfy as they get. Breakfast was outstanding. The breads and fruits that accompanied the main items were top notch.

Unfortunately the hotel has a huge humidity issue, the whole hotel and rooms smell mouldy even the pillows, this was a health and safety issue as I’m asthmatic and had difficulties breathing and could not stop coughing in one of the rooms. The staff did their best and changed us to another room which didn’t smell as strong.

The staff are very nice and do their best to accomodate requests promptly. The bed is super comfortable and the rooms and facilities are clean. Food is also nice.
