Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location & access to public taxis was good. Also the hotel had a kettle of fresh Colombian coffee every time of the day for guests and for those coming from outside which was kind.

ArubaIf the room is by the road the sound of the traffic movement can be annoying for if you want to rest longer in the morning and also you can hear your neighbors talking or making noisy movements or either opening and closing the bedroom windows.
Not a breakfast person, so I did not even ask if they have breakfast. But as I stepped out of the hotel there is a place right next to it that sells breakfast-lunch-dinner. In the lobby you will get a variety of thee or coffee 24 hour for free. it is a lovely place to stay, nothing to complain at all. Toilet is separated of the shower and also the sink is separated. It is a safe zone . Something I found so innovative is their room keycard, as soon as you enter you have to insert the card into a machine where it gives access to light/electricity. So as soon as you leave the room you have to remove the card and automatically in a few seconds the lights that have been on will turn off either if you leave something charged it will also stop working. I find this a modern way of saving electricity and also to avoid leaving something in a plug that can create a fire
