Some yoga mats in the relaxation area would be great for a morning stretch

We stayed here as our first stop in Colombia and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The view was stunning, the room was spacious, and the food was delicious. We stayed for four days and three nights—and honestly, we wish we could’ve stayed longer! A special highlight was the massage experience with Gloria and Jeraldine. They were so good, we booked another session right away! We also joined the hotel’s tour to Cocora Valley, Salento, and Filandia. Due to Holy Week traffic, it took around two hours, but it was absolutely worth it. In Cocora, we rode horses up the mountain for COP 240,000 for two—definitely one of the best moments of our trip. Harry, our driver from the hotel, was great. The next day, we did the coffee tour at La Divisa de San Juan with an English-speaking guide, Anderson, who explained everything really well. Anderson can also go with you to Cocora and other places, if you need a tour guide in english. Just ask the hotel. Thank you Ana, Jordan, Dan, Jenny, Lady, Jorge, Jeraldine, Gloria and the head chef in the kitchen for making our stay memorable! Amazing team! 🤍

The service could be a bit hit and miss

Great vibe and location with a lovely view of the sea. The rooms were roomy, light and very clean. It was an easy walk into Palomino which was charming and had plenty of great places to eat. Staff were super friendly.

Part of the road into the property is unpaved so suggest travelling in daylight hours. Food at restaurant could be better.

The location was absolutely stunning. Loved the beautifully landscaped grounds and the views of the surrounding mountains. Our breakfast server Dan was extremely hospitable. The room was incredible too. Can’t recommend this place enough and hope we can return one day.

Breakfast is wonderful! But as far as lunch and dinner, the chef needs to buy a meat thermometer, as the proteins were beyond well done.

This staff is wonderful, so attentive and helpful and caring. The property has beautiful views, but be aware you have to go through a narrow bumpy dirt road to get there. The spa and massage was so relaxing! If you are looking for a countryside getaway not far from the city, this hotel is perfect.

We really enjoyed our two days at this spa hotel. The location is sublime and they provided us with complementary transportation from/to Pereira (around 30-40 minutes drive). Staff were kind and responsive. Our room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a good shower with plenty of hot water. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and sooo nice. My husband had a fantastic massage, quite reasonably priced. Food and drinks were also not expensive and the included a la carte breakfast was good. If you stay here we recommend hiking up to the two nearby miradors. Great exercise and fantastic views. Speaking of views, this is a great bird-watching destination. We saw many beautiful birds here.

Amazing place. This is a hotel I will recommend 10000% to anyone who visit Eje Cafetero. Everyone was so friendly, close and polite. The breakfast was super tasty, they have a restaurant inside the hotel and the food is good!! We loved it here. The views from our terrace was breathtaking

There were mosquitoes which couldn’t be helped. And the pillows were lumpy the room windows don’t entirely close so bugs get in whether you like it or not. Also, it is better to have an SUV to reach this place as it is higher up and the tall grass won’t hit the bottom of your car. The food was not especially tasty. But at least they had a restaurant.

The hotel has a gorgeous view of the surrounding countryside. It is about 10 minutes out of.Pereira. The staff is super attentive and in general, it is a quiet place. The bed is great and the air conditioning is quiet. Internet also works very well. It is a great weekend getaway.
