Room has an industrial-like decor and lacked ease of function. Water in shower was very cold. Balcony was only large enough to look out and not large enough to stand outside or sit outside (it was more like a large window).

There are moments where there is no one in Front desk. (If they are giving the opportunity to university students, it could be great to teach them some customer services skills). AC was not working.

The WiFi didn’t get to our room. The decoration is pretty stark with pretty much solid concrete everywhere. But like staying in a warehouse.

The staff were friendly and helpful with some questions about the best way to navigate Medellin! The location in Laureles was perfect to be able to walk to a number of things and still feel like we weren't right in the center of the city.

The kitchen is really poorly equipped. They use electric hotplates, which are extremely slow and don't get very hot. If you want to cook something serious, it can take hours. Scrambled eggs for breakfast, for example, take about 30 minutes. you really need time!

They are doing construction in the building beside. Unfortunately for me my entire window looked out at the balcony where the construction workers were so I had to be careful when opening the blinds which meant less natural daylight for me. The instructions on Google has the wrong address so more than once Uber took me to the wrong place please be careful and make sure you're using the address that is in booking.com and not Google.

I loved the location I loved that it was not on the main street but there was so much stuff close by supermarket restaurants coffee shops everything within walking distance less than 5 minutes. I love the bright colors of the building. The small kitchen is great for reheating or if you don't want to buy food everyday. I stayed in their basic room there was no living area but it did come with a desk and a chair

Construction outside made it hard to sleep in, and workers kept looking inside which made us uncomfortable

Kitchen not really prepared for cooking and the rooftop looks abandoned but has a nice view.

The staff that I knew was spontaneous and authentic. Has a great location, they don't have parking service but there are many options around. The installations are so creative, a well-done industrial type and inspire good vibes. I'll definitely come back!

1. Strategic location. Very near to malls, discos, restaurants, gym, drugstores, etc. (walking distance) 2. The staff went far and beyond. Thank you José!! 😊 3. They do not have parking available, but you can park right in front of the lobby in a public spot. 4. The room has everything you need. It is comfy, clean, with natural light and a great view of the city. 5. It has a decent kitchen so you can cook your meals.

Kitchen equipment was already a little worn down, the stovetop was extremely slow to bring the necessary heat to cook anything so it was kind of impossible to cook. Also if you‘re a light sleeper you might ask for a quiet room. Mine was directed to the road and there‘s loud music from the party neighbourhood close by (until approx 3 am from what I remember)

Spacious and clean, close to Metro station Estadio and lots of restaurants, cafés. Cute little balcony, lots of fresh air and light. Affordable laundry options (self service)

Between the very loud party on the 1st night (assuming on the roof), construction work next door starting at 7am, and constant noise through out the night from other guests, we did not manage to get a full night sleep our entire stay. I believe there should be some house rules e.g. no music to be played at 3-5am!

Good size room, with strong hot shower and good air-condition. We liked having the roof terrace and in house washing facilities. Good location to explore the city.

No internet for the first 4-5 days. I had to use hotspot. Nothing else to complain, maybe if it was a bit cheaper. Staff seemed tired all the time... overworked?

Great modern room. Big beds, was quiet throughout the day. Kind of has a tech startup feel. safe access in and out. Elevators were fast and efficient. Great location, walkable eveywhere from here.

There is a construction site right next to the hotel and it's very very noisy for 8am plus half of the view is the construction site.

Location and the whole idea of the place is amazing. The rooftop and laundry is great. The host did not let us know there is a nice rooftop, we found out by chance by talking to other guests.
