We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesYou will laugh at me. But staring at the wall 10 inches away from my nose when I went to the bathroom. But you were not the only place with this issue. It might just be a Colombian normal.
The women staff were excellent. The men not so caring. But the one who stood out the most was "Angie". She was exceptional. She went way out of her way to help my wife and I in every way. She is a "Shining Star" in the hotel. Thank you for hiring this amazing person.

United KingdomUnfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the maintenance of the room. A slight leak on a tap and the window surround was not good. The management changed rooms for me, and the second room was much better. A pity about the building site opposite, which was very noisy throughout the day
The hotel is great value for money, I was made very welcome by all the staff, and everyone was very helpful in every way possible. They could not do enough to make my stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. Even with a few issues with my room, they offered to move me to a better room.
