There were big spaces between the floor boards and the windows weren't sealed properly, so the room got full of mosquitoes and other insects at night, which made an otherwise nice room very uncomfortable. A mosquito net would have helped a lot.

The area, the view and the nature is extremely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

WiFi in my room was almost non existent so I needed to go up by the reception desk if I wanted to use it. Shower was very small with low pressure and no hot water. Breakfast was mediocre but the kindness of the staff made up for it. It was also further away than a lot of main things.

Very kind and helpful staff, AC was working well, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Loved hearing all the ju no le noises at night.

The hotel.is in a magical location in the rain forest with a river for swimming below, and just 10.minutes from.the village of Minca .

The bed was really small and the net is unstable and tiny, you can’t really move. The room is really warm, the fan is not enough! If you book a room with balcony, the balcony is shared. The breakfast area is not enough for everyone to have breakfast at the same time and you have to go outside in the heat. If it’s windy the ceiling is not totally attached so it starts to shake and the noisy is very loud, it is a shame because you are only supposed to hear the waterfalls and the birds. The staff blames it on the wind but they could have it fixed.

It was very clean. There’s a private entrance to a river part. Has arm water but our shower was the best.

It’s a little further walk out from town, but only ten mins. The road to the hotel is perilous so it took a while for taxis!

The friendly host took great care of us and provides amazing breakfasts. You can feel she does these things with love. The location of the hotel is great, with a small walk you're in the town center of Minca. The room incl. bathroom is comfortable and the balcony gave us nice views over trees and the river (which is not a quiet stream of water, but we were there in the rainy season, of course).

Great location, short walk into town. We loved the view from our balcony and the sound of the river rushing below us. Very peaceful stay. Staff were wonderful.

The only bad thing was a cockroach that we found in the bathroom.

Loved the breakfast! The lady cook was extremely nice and skilful. Also the location is nice and peaceful, a short walk away from the city. Our room was clean with a wonderful view from the balcony.

The location was so peaceful and beautiful. The main lady working at reception was so kind and welcoming. There was a shortcut to town which only took 7 minutes, worth it for us to have the beautiful view of the mountains and to bird watch from the balcony. Breakfast was lovely

Our room had a shared balcony which we didn't realise, which wasn't a big issue except it was very hot when we visited and the room only had a fan and no a/c meaning we had to sleep with doors open to allow for some breeze.

Staff were fantastic and attentive, beautiful setting surrounded by jungle and a short walk into the main town. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast with lots of options.

Water pressure in the sink, but remember, this is kind of glamping! Breakfast area needs to be thought out better, grow some plants to hide unattractive walls and other things, make it a beautiful flora experience.

Breakfast was terrific. A wonderful home cooked meal. Some rooms are better than others. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was amazing! Thank you.

The room has many broken and improvised facilities. The shower doors are broken, so they improvised a shower curtain; this hangs on the inside of the already small cabin. All curtain rods are sort of broken and hung in an improvised manner. The hook for your towel is broken. The overall built quality of the most luxurious rooms is just a little low; there are also gaps between the floor boards, which allow bugs to get in. Fortunately, no mosquitos entered through these, perhaps because of the AC, which was a godsend because of how humid and warm Minca can get :).

The staff is excellent and they make a very nice breakfast for you. The room felt large and has a beautiful view and it is close to the river. You will see many birds and butterflies from your room.
