Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was a decent size with air conditioning and a fridge. The terrace bar and restaurant was just great. Fantastic views, good service, great choice of drinks. Excellent menu, we very much enjoyed dinner there. All at very reasonable price.

ColombiaWe where served a portion of fried pork that was smelly and unacceptable, although they did not charge the plate at he beginning they mentioned that the regional pork was different and thus the smell. Food poisoning followed and the whole trip was thrown in disarray.

United StatesIt was extremely loud every night. The music from the beach was blasting all night long... every night... I needed earplugs to sleep. No conditioner in the shower, they provided a 2-in-1 shampoo conditioner combo that doesn't do it for me. I had to go out to buy conditioner. I asked the front desk people and got sent to a mall! lol, it made for additional shopping and sight seeing... but it didn't occur to me to just go to a street store to get any conditioner. The towels were a bit old or ripped.
This hotel has an amazing location that overlooks the ocean. Great view from our room window. Beautiful room with a chinchorro in it! It was very close to the places we need to visit while in Riohacha. Staff in the restaurante are really nice.

United StatesBest location in Riohacha, best hotel in Riohacha. Some previous reviews mentioned the noise outside of the air conditioning units but I had no issues with either. It was a peaceful nights sleep and can’t beat the location. The breakfast was fresh and available until 10, excellent hospitality, fantastic view from the top floor terrace where the restaurant is. Seemed expensive for Riohacha but it was nice

PortugalI was unable to sleep well during my whole stay which was quite lengthy. The location was great but the NOISE from blasting music almost 24/7 the barking dogs the sirens, horns and motorbikes was unbearable and miserable. The bathroom was dirty at arrival with labels from soap in the shower and mould in the tiles. I had to ask a lady to please clean!
I liked the staff they’re very friendly, polite and accommodating.
