The front desk staff was a bit edgy. The food became redundant after a day or two.

The location is stunning! Many of the staff members were very helpful and charming. The hot pools and landscaping were exceptionally beautiful.

I didn’t find the hotel particularly well located nor the staff too friendly. I’ve stayed in many hotels at a similar price point and the experience has been better elsewhere. For the cost of the hotel, you would expect better care from the staff and roads leading to the hotel.

Overall, it is a well kept property. We really loved the termales and ordered room service several times, which offered excellent variety of food.

The ceiling was pretty thin and we could hear people on the second floor above us early in the morning.

The thermal baths were incredible! Especially the ones that are exclusively for guests. They're gorgeous and in the middle of the mountains. The restaurant was delicious!

I was with my mother who doesn't speak Spanish, I noticed that none of the staff spoke English. It would have been nice to have at least one member working who could help my mom.

The termales were so nice. I love that they provided so many towels. I also enjoyed seeing the birds, especially the hummingbirds. Thereare also very nicely marked trails and I enjoyed the waterfall and the hike.

It’s really cold. The room had a fireplace but I could not get a fire going. Had one little heater which helped. Even in the big room I rented there was no place to hang clothes except a few hooks on the walls. Other smaller rooms had a place to hang clothes. When I asked for one of those I was made to feel demanding . They gave me 4 hangers. I used the giant TV to hand stuff. Entire building is cold. Not sure why they aren’t harvesting their thermal energy. Seems so obvious.

The bird watching was excellent. Julian the bird guide was really good, not much English but we got by. The thermal pools are awesome, 3 pools to choose from with spectacular views. Food was good but what even ordering the same thing each morning came very different.

It is an old house refurbished. Therefore, it is a bit noisy in the sense that wooden floors crack and if you get a groundfloor room you will listen steps. It requires a bit of exercise to go downstairs, thus not suitable if you have reduced mobility.

The hotel, restaurant and pools are very good. They organize an easy visit around premises. The entourage is beautiful but beed to bring warm coothes.

It’s an hour outside of the city and very high in altitude which is fine but I think it should have been more clear in the description. There is also mold in all of the rooms bathrooms. They are aware and just said it’s hard to fix.

The room was a little run down. The pools had silt on the bottom. The jacuzzi pool was not in service.

The pools are lovely and the paths and gardens are well cared for with interesting plants and a few birds and hummingbirds. The added bonus was the unexpectedly excellent food from the kitchen. Unfortunately we were not able to try many dishes but one highlight was the mushroom soup, on par with something that would be served in a French bistro

The surly, unhelpful staff on reception who really put a dampener on our trip.

The setting is stunning - high up in the mountains with waterfalls nearby and an abundance of birds. The pools are beautifully maintained and it is a very relaxed place to spend a couple of days.
