High Price - overpriced for Colombia. Loud music at the pool made us go back to the rooms, as you couldn’t read or relax at all.

Great hotel to stay at in Medellin. Rooms are perfect, food is great (try out the Thai restaurant!) and it’s very green with all the plants around.

- some positions were too expensive, especially at the rooftop - rooms could be a bit bigger and better noise resistant. We heard everyone walking through the corridor next to our room

Their was 2 roof bars which was great, the very top one the staff was rude, not sure they knew if we were guest of the hotel but they treated us like some randoms who didn’t deserve attentive service.

I loved this property, it had a vibrant atmosphere, good selection of restaurants and bars. The room was comfortable and had a great design.

Late one afternoon, after a day of touring the city, we were very hungry and ordered a sandwich from the breakfast area. It took a very long time and was quite expensive. We were only given one keeper room, which is quite inconvenient. If for instance, only one of us wanted to use the gym. It was also only a single coffee pod and a single coffee cup in the room, and no water provided to the guests for free. These immunities are common in hotels and would have been a nice touch.

Breakfast was very good but if we wanted to make some changes to the menu, we were told we would be charged more. The rooms were excellent but we were surprised at some of the decorations. The facility in general is beautiful.

The lighting in the bathroom was not good for shaving or putting on makeup. Too much shadowing. Needs a lighted makeup mirror.

Super attractive and modern hotel that feels like you’re still in the jungle. Staff was wonderful and food was very good. Loved the gym. Location is outstanding with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The rooftop pool and bar area is amazing.

The breakfast wasn’t as good as my first visit. The table didn’t have any salt, sugar etc for the coffee. The staff definitely prefer not to speak English… that’s partially on me because my Spanish is horrible but after struggling to ask for cream and sugar for my coffee, I came to realize my waitress actually DID speak English. Maybe she just wanted to watch me struggle. The food was all lukewarm. It is well decorated though.

I reserved a medium size room (the rooms have numbers and their respective size outside each door. ). This is better than the XS rooms that are offered. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was very good. My room was a long walk from the elevator though.

everything was exceptional.

It was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is enormous and with many options for food. The rooms are spacious even when you get an "XS." The shower is great. The staff is even better! Breakfast, the one included or by the menu is absolutely wonderful.

Everything was amazing!

The property itself is a work of art. Rooms - XL and L are both comfortable for long stays. The staff members only make the stay more desirable. The service level is top notch. Valentina and Jesus at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate all requests. Loved the breakfast. The restaurant staff members were all awesome- S/O to David, Edward, Carolina, and Alejandra.

The one disadvantage I would say is loud music played until late every day and can be heard loudly even in upper floors. So if you’re looking to rest (and are not prioritising partying) this would be a challenge

Although the gym was visually appealing it wasn't the most practical and was too small to have more than 2 people on at once really. We did have it mostly to ourselves most of the time though. David and Ahmed were really helpful staff members.

The staff did their best to cater for my girlfriend's coeliac disease. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had in my life. We loved how green and stylish the hotel was.

On some days, the hotel would play what can best be described as elevator music in the hallways starting at 8:00 am. Since the bed is on the same wall as the hallways, it would wake us up. Also, while our room was spacious (2XL), it didn't always feel like the space was used effectively. The area around the sink could use more space for toiletries. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the lobby!! The way the plants were incorporated into the design was excellent and so beautiful. I loved sitting down there. The pool was also really nice, the water temperature was perfect and the views from the pool were excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the drinks at the bar were excellent. If we ever find ourselves in Medellin, we will definitely stay here again. Lots of great food options nearby, and a laundry service in walking distance.

Great hotel. Music in the restaurant was absolutely mind-blowing. We created a great Spotify list just sitting there. Food was great. Def worth a stay if you're not price sensitive.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in and wish we had these hotels in Europe, everything was so perfect from the room designs to all the restaurants and services and small personalised touches added. Daniel at front desk was very helpful with my luggage and telling me about the room and making sure everything was good. I can't wait to return soon and it will be recommended to all my friends
