This place is like an oasis in the old town Bogota. We enjoyed our 2 nights spent here. The place has attitude, and the staff was just amazing. The room was just perfect, heated floor was just like a surprise for us. We felt sorrowful when we had to leave.

I stayed 4 days and I would have liked the bathroom cleaned maybe once during that time. But to be fair, I didn't ask for this, so ...

Everything! Laid-back friendly atmosphere, although I didn't use any of their suggestions for things to do, there was plenty there to suit all ages.Staff really friendly and helpful, eg when I asked about a car to the airport, they volunteered info about another traveller going at the same time so we could share the ride. Had one breakfast with them, v tasty. Room a good standard and bathroom excellent. Quiet at night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. My bed/pod was so quiet, even though there was a lot of activity happening in the common area. Valuable locker was big enough. Lots of hanging space in the bed/pod area. Common showers had lots of hooks. Hostel felt secure.

Big room. Clean. Large bathroom. Lots of shelf space. Helpful staff. Fast WiFi. Good breakfast / food options. Lots of events / tours. It's a short walk to the tourist areas. The area outside is well-lit with plenty of people around at night so it felt safe. Good laundry service.

My only complaint is the bed! It’s the hardest bed I’ve encountered in my month of travelling in Colombia. I struggled to get a goods nights sleep in it and actually found it quite painful to try to lie on my side with how hard it was. After the first night I spoke to reception who were so friendly and helpful. They asked house keeping to check it for me that day and apparently all the beds were like that. They did offer for me to try a different room but seeing I was just staying one more night and they told me all the beds were the same I chose not to move rooms. This would be the only thing that would stop me booking to stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was good, all the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The bar area was great for socialising in the evening and the food served was a good price and decent quality. I booked a private double room which was clean with a good shower. My room was far enough away from the social area that I didn’t get disturbed by noise once as called it a night.

Fun place to stay with a bar, table tennis, music and friendly staff. Lockable cupboard for your stuff in the room. Would be fab for solo travellers.

It’s a lively hostel with friendly staff. I highly recommend booking an airport pick up shuttle with the hostel if you arrive early morning or late at night. My flight arrived at 4am, driver picked me up and I was able to get a bed right away once we arrived at the hostel for an extra charge. It’s very convenient that the kitchen open for breakfast and dinner. Huge shoutout to Robert who was so kind and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was great. The only thing I regret is not booking a private room. I stayed in the mixed pod, people were loud and kinda disrespectful - watch movies on speaker at midnight, slam doors when they go in and out, etc. But this has nothing to do with the hostel, unfortunately some people are just inconsiderate. One more thing I will add, after my 5 night stay here I decided to book another place in Chapinero (northern part of Bogotá) and I felt much safer and relaxed there as a solo female traveller in my early 30s. The location of this hostel is great if you are only here to do the touristy stuff, see La Candelaria (“old town” of Bogotá) and visit Monterrate. But if you are slow traveling like myself and want to see the authentic Bogotá city life, I highly recommend staying a couple nights in one of the neighborhoods in northern part of Bogotá.

(I was staying at a single room). 1) Freezing in the room, particularly the first night, and there were no blankets in the room 2) Humidity smell in the room 3) Bed/pillows a bit old and dusty/smelly of humidity 4) TV didn’t manage to work it out in the room, not sure if not working or not user-friendly. If it works, a guide in the room would help 5) There is no kettle in the room or the kitchen. This would be great to have

A lot of things were great: 1) The staff in reception, who give you a personalised and sweet service (Leo, Camila and Mary). Also the waiter (Douglas? Sorry, very bad at remembering names) was super friendly. 2) Breakfast was outstanding. Congratulations to the chef! 3) The hostel itself is beautiful and has plenty of spaces for socialising 4) All very clean 5) Walking and bike tours offered by the hostel were nice

Great staff (friendly and very helpful) and wonderful location with many bars, restaurants, and sights within walking distance. Food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. The events hosted by the hostel were fantastic and a great way to meet other travelers.
