Overall, a very nice place. The location was convenient, with nice spots nearby to enjoy in the evening, and the metro station just 10 minutes away. The 24h reception was very helpful and made the stay even more comfortable.

This is not a reflection on the staff as they can’t be blamed for an error on the taxi service they contracted with to pick me up from the airport. I arrived very early in the morning and the taxi/shuttle service I had secured through the hotel made an error and didn’t pick me up. I had no choice but to hire my own taxi and paid almost double. It was an inconvenience but it all worked out. It just took longer and cost more in the end

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and it was constantly being maintained: plants watered, toiletries refilled, and regular tidying up was visible. It was in an exceptionally wonderful zone with everything you could want or need.

Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom or place any toiletries. Bed sheet didn’t fit.

Only here for one night, great location, clean room and nice basic breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

For 2 nights the noise from the streets and clubs in the area made it almost impossible to sleep, even with earplugs in. We had requested a room away from the street, which we did get, but the noise was still really loud.

Breakfast was minimal. Bathrooms were common to both men and women.

What I didn’t like was that they let in prostitution inside , there was a come in come out of young girls with men and I don’t think its safe for decent people staying here sharing the same bathroom

Beautiful garden inside the hostel, nicely decorated and tasteful rooms, free coffee all night long, immediately next to Medellin’s party area, yet still surprisingly quiet at night.

Staff was a bit annoyed talking to me in English via the Google translator ( and I could see it).

The location was good and pretty safe (compared to other neighbourhoods in Medellin). The breakfast was eatable although could be more fulfilling.

The walls are made of paper. Upstair noices can cause issues, but for us it was no biggie!

The best customer service we have received in Colombia. They let us in our room many hours before our check in time. Room was spacious and tidy. There were many common bathrooms and showers. Allover a great experience. Very central location in El Poblado.

Hostel setup just means sharing men and women restroom, but it was not a problem for us 4.

The room was around 8sqm. It really has only the bed and nothing else but its own bathroom. If you open the window everyone walking outside may see you. Reminds the Harry Potter closet.

Actually, all facilities was workable. The room was clean. Very central location with wide range of local transportation.

The breakfast was basic. The door to the bathroom is quite small. Always had to enter sideways. There is no hairdryer in the room but you can borrow one at the reception.

My room „Bromelia“ was so spacious and comfortable. They offered coffee and tea all day for free which is great.
