Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SingaporeCharming hotel in an old villa built around a walled courtyard. Its location is ideal right next to the Botero Museum and close to other museums. Plenty of restaurants around. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was in this nicely decorated and furnished room with the tv set to the news. The staff gives you a menu to choose from and they make it to order. The bacon and eggs were great, as well as the coffee. The fruit was perfectly sliced.

United KingdomWe had a fabulous stay at the Orchids. The building is beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the location is excellent, centrally located for Candelaria. But the best thing about The Orchids was the staff. Christian, Marta and a third colleague whose name we didn’t get, were so very kind and did everything possible to make us feel at home. Christian gave great recommendations and helped us with lots of information. Marta provided a truly delicious breakfast and made us feel at home. We would return to The Orchids without hesitation for any future visit to Bogotá.

FranceThe location itself is convenient, but after 7 PM, the area tends to feel deserted. If you’re coming from another continent, you might even feel a bit uneasy. Something to keep in mind—you’ll likely need a taxi or Uber to head north, where you’ll find more lively areas and entertainment in Bogotá.
This historic house transports you to the charm of old Colombia, with beautifully designed rooms that make for an unforgettable stay. Perfectly located in the heart of Bogotá, it’s just a short walk from the Botero Museum, Plaza de Bolívar, and the Gold Museum.

CanadaOur room did not have a window to the outside. Instead, it had a large wall of windows that looked over the interior courtyard. This means that noise filtered up from the courtyard into the room. Major construction was taking place adjacent to the hotel And Noises began about eight in the morning.
This small, boutique hotel is well located in La. andelaria, situated between the Botera Museum and the main plaza, and is consequently base for exploring this area. Breakfast was excellent, served in an elegantly decorated room. Our room was large and elegantly furnished. Staff were welcoming.

United KingdomWe had a couple of problems with the shower at first but once we reported it, things improved. The WIFI on our floor was a little weak. On the ground floor the Ubiquiti wifi access points work well, but we had a small generic router for our floor.
The breakfast was very good, you can see the menu in the photos below. The room is like a small grand banquet room. A lovely way to start the day. The whole building is very grand in design and all the rooms are named after famous operas. The staff are very professional and kind. On our last day they allowed us to leave our bags with them , as our flight was a late one.

United StatesThe breakfast each morning was excellent and the coffee in particular was great. The staff was particularly accommodating. Our flight into Bogota was delayed 5 hours and we didn't arrive until 1:30 AM. Nevertheless, the hotel manager arranged for a car to pick us up; great service. The location of the hotel in the middle of Candelaria is an excellent location and within walking distance to lots of restaurants, museums and street life.
