Breakfast is quite limited for vegetarians and vegans, and they took some time to replenish items. Our room was on the third floor, but it felt too low and we didn't have any privacy, since there was a large area right in front of our window where people seemed to be doing some kind of construction work, making us keep the curtains closed at all times. We asked for a different room, but the person at the reception desk simply said they didn't have any other options, and didn't really make an effort to understand our needs. Also, our room was in a section that could only be accessed through elevator + stairs - and we were not offered any help to carry our luggage.

The neighborhood is pleasant, very charming, and full of good restaurants. Getting to some touristic attractions (like the Botero Square) by public transportation requires walking about 20 minutes to the metro station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but we could have some more space to open larger bags.

Snacks were put without any price tag or anything on our kitchen table and we were charged for them a big sum of money. Preservatives in the room give out a bad vibe to the hotel. Laundry was clean but full of hair which wasn’t nice.

Only downside was very repetitive loud beeping sounds echoing through the halls, not from the lift but from something else, unsure what. Could hear it clearly from inside the room. Everything else was lovely

The location was perfect, not too close to the noise; we could sleep very well at night. The staff was very friendly. I loved that it was my boyfriend's birthday the day we checked in and that they noticed without me telling them anything. He received a very thoughtful message and a piece of cake. Besides that, the breakfast was also great!

Staff was helpful and patient. The hotel was set back a bit from the road, so it was close to things but not too close. There’s a grocery store nearby that’s good to grab stuff from. Probably 15 minute walk to the metro station and only a few minutes from the bars and restaurants of Poblado.

The mattresses were too hard for us, but my friend staying in another room was very happy.

I truly loved the entry of the hotel. You walk in to a cafe area where you enjoy your breakfast. It’s surrounded by greenery and they play beautiful music. I woke every morning and went down to enjoy coffee and the ambiance. I got the king suite. So there was plenty of room. The staff were very nice and helpful. And the location was great. Walking distance to all the action in Provenza and Manila.

Riom doesn’t have a table or chairs if you used kitchen .Better if a queen bed and small table and chairs .

The smart tv didn’t work as the internet connection in my place was really bad and it can only work on internet. I had no wifi. I did speak to hotel staff but nothing was resolved whilst I stayed there.

Loved everything about this place, the room was beautiful, had everything you needed in the kitchen, lovely garden deck area in the one I stayed. It could have done with a couple cups to drink coffee in the morning and a sponge in the kitchen. Everything else was great! Felt safe and secure. If you spend time in the garden you’ll see loads of different types of little birds and red squirrels.

Great location, we did a couple experiences with GetYourGuide and the common meeting place was at el Poblado center that is only a 4 min walk away and has a cute market! There is also a grocery down the the street that has an ATM inside which is very convenient as well. I would highly recommend!
