Before arriving we were asked if we would want amenities that we had imagined (read?) would just be in the room, like some dishes, cutlery, and a way to make coffee. Despite saying, "yes please" we had to proactively ask two more times and wait another day before receiving bowls, spoons, and a kettle--but still no way to make the coffee in the room.

The location is great. People were friendly. It looked like the pictures.

Could overall been better regarding cleanness, some one called upon my room at 4:40am on one night, a terrible fright, i believe was a guest as well that should not happen. Upon my arrival the room they gave me had and issue with the lock and code, they we´re very slow to figure out a solution practically had to take the decision myself. Had issues with hot water that was resolved.

if you have issues to sleep in a noisi place, you better look for other locations, its near to bars and restaurants, which is nice in terms of moving arround, but can get noisy at night if you are not into the nightlife

despite not having a front desk, there is a service team willing to help you with any issue, the room was clean and well equiped

Cramped bathroom, Kitchen light not working, Cleaning quality is very poor (pls invest in good vacuum cleaner, mops, and cleaning products), the staff are lovely but need to be trained on how to clean the rooms. Our floor was so dirty and sticky upon check in. And even after asking them to clean it, it was even worse than before.

Almost 3 days with out the remote of the AC… only the last night someone brought it! No communication about payment, check in, door code number. I had to find out first the correct phone number to contact them and after how and where to pay them…

Had issues entering into the property, pretty much every- time with the electric door code. Frustrating at times. But they reply reasonably quick through what’s app.

Noisy due to restaurant and bars surrounding The Somos Flats. Windows are not insulated, therefore not sound proof. The Flat does not have fire alarm, which we experienced when there was a fire on the outside walls of our apartment due to a restaurant's kitchen that caught fire. A lot of smoke came in the room with no warning. We evacuated the place by ourselves and informed the reception of the fire. Thankfully, the Somos staff were very helpful and understanding where they arranged transportation and accomodated us well in their Somos Bold property for fhe remainder of our stay.

Kitchen is well equipped with utensils. Room is clean. We paid for additional cleaning, which were done timely and clean. Communication with the reception was easy through WhatsApp.

The way that the Somos personnel attended us after an incident at the flat. They have made the rest of our vacation sooooo great. We couldn't be more thankful for the way they handle the matter. Special thanks to Oscar and Camilo.

Not at fault, Provenza is a fast paced busy tourist sector, and music from the clubs can be a bit annoying. Fortunately it stopped before midnight, and we had our tablets/earphones to "ease the annoyance".

It was really noisy at night due to the location in Provenza. I arrived nearly at midnight and since it's an Airbnb, they wouldn't give me the code to enter the building or open the door. They had me arrive at a different location which they say is walking distance, but it's really not walking distance, I took an uber. They made me do this because they needed me to pay before hand even though they had my credit card info from booking. The internet was out that night through 3pm the next day. I didn't have a phone chip so this was very frustrating.

The check-in process is a nightmare. I read it's complicated, so texted them 3 days in advance and still didn't get the door pin in time. Every day they would need new papers. They tried to charge me more than the price on booking. MasterCard and Visa didn't work for the booking so I had to find their office and pay cash. One neighbour was hammering = building something during the nights, starting at 3 am.

The Appartment is really nice, cozy and comfortable. It's the fancy area of el poblado. It's a Party-Areal so you will hear music till late at night.

It is on a busy street, so the noise level at night is really high especially during the weekend, when you can hear loud music till 3:30am. Everything functions fine except the last night, I was left without hot water for shower.

It is right in the heart of Provenza, close to all the restaurants and cafes. The staff is super responsive and friendly, trying their best to accommodate. The apartments are comfortable for one person.
