Bathroom was always wet: there wasn’t curtains for the shower

Only issues were the tap in the dorm bathroom didn't really work - it was just a dribble. Also I was in the ground floor dorm which was at times quite loud due to (inconsiderate) guests late at night and early morning, so bring ear plugs

Good location in Chapinero, nice places around to eat and cheap ubers to various attractions and hot spots. The dorm beds were nice and big/wide, with 2 pillows, a privacy curtain, lamp and a locker by the bed. Kitchen area was fine, nice for it to be semi-outside, and it had plenty of utensils. Good that there is a restaurant onside for breakfast, and an outdoor area to chill. Good wifi and shower

Beers from outside are not allowed

It is nicely located and have good eating places nearby. The staff is nice and helpful but they do not allow beers from outside. I stayed in 4 bed dormitory, bed and bathroom were clean. Nice common kitchen for cooking.

Many of the lockers have twisted or broken latches, and this seems so easy to fix, but they don't. Your bed may have a locker you can't actually lock.. The shower rooms have soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers but this soap is so watered down it is unusable. Does not make suds and drips right out of your fingers. Useless. The staff are not very quiet in the morning when many guests would still be sleeping, with lots of loud talking, repetitive cell phone noises/alerts. This depends a lot on which room you get. Staff also don't tend to stop rude guests from smoking next to the kitchen/dorm room windows, or watching TV at high volume in the common area. This could be a very, very nice hostel with a little more basic maintenance and empathy from the staff.

The best thing about this hostel is its convenient location, close to everything in Chapinero and easy to get to/from nearly anywhere using TransMilenio. The next best thing about this hostel are the extra large, comfy beds with good curtains, and a lamp, locker inside, so you have a nice capsule experience for sleeping. There is a basic outdoor kitchen available for guests, with a fridge for food storage, and supermarkets very close nearby.

They don't like to take payment by card and will surcharge you. Even if it is not much, it is something I don't like. English of staff could be improved a bit. Not many touristic activities you can do in the area.

Great value for money and helpful staff. Also plenty of amenities. Bed was nice, big and comfortable. The area is great for parties and bars.

They do have the machine to pay with card but dont offer it, its like if they dont want the extra "job" to get paid by card. My bed had no personal light (broken) and the locker on my bed didnt remain open.

It is quite far from attractions and the main square. Also the last day I was there, there was no water so couldn’t shower or wash our hands. No explanation as to why there was no water

The cleaners make noise very early in the morning and the staff wasn't at the reception to open the door few times , so had to have another guest opening the door and myself had to do the same for other guests

If you want to sleep in through the morning, it is a bit difficult due to the music from the bar starting early in the morning and the loud conversations from the first floor

If you book a dorm without en-suite bathroom you need to share a tiny bathroom with the whole floor of dorms. The bathroom has only 2 sinks, 2 showers and 2 toilets behind sliding doors - not really sound proof either. The sink area is missing completely any shelves or hooks to put your toiletries, towel, or clothes so you need to place everything on the wet floor. Not even the sink has enough space for a bag. Please put some shelves and hooks up there! Also during our stay a window in the hallway was destroyed by someone throwing a stone. The window shattered in a loud bang and there was glass all over the floor. This is not the hostel's fault of course and their cameras captured the guy so the police was onto him. But it made us feel a bit anxious about the area.

It's a nice hostel with a few drawbacks. The courtyard is very nice and sunny if you plan to spend much time at the hostel (we didn't). There is cleaning personal which is really good and friendly and they clean every morning. The hostel seemed secure with cameras and someone to open the door for you at all times. You get a wristband to show that you stay there.

The four-bed room is so small that it’s hard to walk to bed. I changed to a six-bed room, it’s much better with a balcony. Not so clean the kitchen.

I didn’t like the windows that has a view to the inner garden/terrace. There were some people playing games in the night and they were loud (although the stuff told them several times to be quite).

I’ve liked everything, the bed is pretty big, the room was spacious (I was also lucky to be the only one in the room), there is HOT water, shampoo and even a conditioner :) it was clean, common area and the terrace is very nice.

The hardwood floor are noisy.

Everytime I go keeps improving on infrastructure, Staff is AMAZING, this time was Alejandro and Joanger that were just great!
