The location is ok if you drive. Otherwise you need a tuk tuk to go the rock or the centre. It looks like it is in a quiet location but it is right by the road, it is quite noisy. Cars start pass by very early in the morning.

Great location, but, please be aware that is very close to the main road, then, a lot of noise coming from there plus the rooms sound isolation is not good enough, conclusion, great location close to everything, but if you are looking for a place to have a good rest and peace, look somewhere else.

No window in the main part of our family room! Also, the double bed in the family room - the mattress felt and sounded like it was covered in a scrunchy nappy so every movement was really loud. I’m a light sleeper so felt it, maybe others wouldn’t.

The pool area was fantastic! Our 16, 14 & 12 year olds loved it. Music playing poolside and food service available. Reception was very attentive, in organising laundry and tuktuks into Guatape!

This is on the lake with amazing views from the balcony which is shared, no matter what room you are in you will get incredible views especially if you wake up early or like to watch sunset. The hotel has wonderful facilities as the pool and hottub are great and a fine way to watch and admire the landscape. The staff are friendly and the location within a short walk into town or the rock so you can leave the car in the carpark and go for a short walk.

One night stay. Checked in nice room overlooking the lakes. 5 minute drive from central Guatape. Staff put the jacuzzi on for us on request. Had a beer and enjoyed the views. Room was nice and clean and bed comfy. No complaints. Wifi was ok. Breakfast was good traditional Colombian.

If you want to party, this is not for you, unless you want to take a taxi to another place, Pool was not properly maintained.

Close to the main attraction, Piedra del Peñol. Easy to move around. Great breakfast. Great views

The breakfast was ok and the staff was a bit intense and aggressive with the breakfast time. The WIFI worked ok, not very stable and sometimes I had to switch between networks to get good reception.

I thought it was a good value for money, an affordable and decent hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were nice although the pool wasn't very clean.

A lot of Helicopters during daytime directly over the hotel. The Pool was so dirty you coulndt Use it. Breakfast needs to be improved.

The breakfast was so-so, not bad, but not great either. The large pool is not heated, so the water can be quite cool.

The pool was very clean. The staff was very friendly, not all of them spoke english, but you can manage to communicate. Location is closer to the Penol rock than it is to the center. Its about 30 minutes by foot to the center of Gautape (Plaza principal).
