We were there during a cold rainy day and it was a bit cold inside of the room but there were additional blankets. The bathroom is rather simple.

The staff was really friendly and helpful and your cabin is really in the middle of the jungle which makes it very cozy. The breakfast was nice.

Kind and helpful staff answered all questions and helped coordinate travel to the thermal springs and to another city. Beautiful scenery surrounding hotel, quiet, comfortable bedding and beautiful rooms. Reseatuarant across the street. Ouraide of the busy town so quiet and peaceful. Hummingbirds in the gardens.

A bit of noise from the street in the morning hours.

We had an amazing time at the hotel. The room was amazing, all was clean and well organized. The staff took care of us very well. We felt special. The breakfast was fantastic. Myself and my partner took a massage in the Spa which belongs to the hotel and we cannot praise it enough. The hotel is set in beautiful nature, what else to wish for.

It's pretty hard to rate which aspect of Hotel Visperas I found best. The Staff was beyond welcoming and warm, the serene sounds of the river each morning made my day feel blessed. If you're looking for relaxation and being in close proximity to many activities, then Hotel Visperas is your best choice. Everything is perfect there. Make sure to visit Lorenzo's coffeeshop "Takuaras" after 4pm, for the best coffee Santa Rosa has to offer.

The initial room we booked (budget) didn't have any windows. This is something that I feel should've been mentioned in the description of the room online.

Booked a budget room initially. After arrival, had to pay for a room upgrade with windows and a view to their garden. The room was spacious and lovely. The lady at the reception (Luz) was a complete sweetheart and gave us exceptional service. Breakfast was good and the setting of the cafe farm during breakfast was lovely.

Room was handicapped ready. Not a bad thing but made us feel a bit uncomfortable. WiFi only theoretically working and since there is no cellular reception on the property or the area, it keeps you completely disconnected.

Great location with amazing garden and water streams in it. Regular room is quite big and comfortable. Staff was great. Very nice and helpful. Less than 15 min. Drive to the hot springs and with tons of restaurants nearby.

Hotel Visperas is absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful; falling asleep to the sound of the river is a dream. The surrounding countryside is stunning, and it is in a perfect location for visiting the two nearby thermal baths. The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had for the price. Truly an all around pleasure.
