Nice neighbourhood and location

Hostel is attached to a cafe so often the common area is just full of the staff, very loud music from the cafe into the hostel and most guests were working on laptops all day so not too social

Great stay at Zamia! They have a beautiful hostel and a cafe next door. Perfect for digital nomads. The staff and volunteers were super kind and helpful. The wifi worked well and there were lots of spots to work from.

Good location, rooms a bit basic but had a nice smart TV and good wifi. Kitchen was fine

It a nice hostel in a good neighborhood. I found the bed comfortable, the toilets and showers clean.

Unfortunately, the room with 6 beds I was had very poor ventilation, making it hot during the night. While each bed had its own ventilator, they make a terrible sounds. Maybe other don’t have a problem, but I could not sleep because of the noise. The kitchen could be also improved.

Great atmosphere. Small and quaint. Staff helpful. Excellent coffee shop adjacent with delicious beautiful drinks and excellent service.

No air conditioner in the dormitory

Easy going, flexible hostel in nice neighbourhood. Quickly feels like a laid back home. Simple, clean rooms and bathrooms, nice coffee next to the hostel. Cute rooftop.

Nice people. The new cleaning lady was really sweet, and very helpful with me in the kitchen. Lots of different common spaces, including a roof terrace, and a ping pong table. Comfortable bunkbeds and lots of locker space. Each bunkbed had it's own electrical outlet, fan, reading light, and little shelf, which was really nice. Felt like a very safe neighborhood.

Check-in took quite awhile.

Good location, let me park my motorcycle inside at night. Good kitchen and well stocked. Closer to shops etc. cafe downstairs does great coffee. Comfy bed.

It shares the common areas with the customers from the cafe. Not necessarily a bad thing, I was just surprised. They place music pretty loud until 9 and then later on the weekend.

I had a private room and bathroom, which was comfortable and good air con. The room was spacious and included a "closet" area outside the bathroom with shelves to hang clothes and store other items. The shared kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, bowls and coffee cups, both large and small. It even had 3 blenders.

The staff was not terribly friendly and didn't seem to speak English. My room was probably the furthest from the common areas and wi-fi was not too great in the room. It seemed to be better near the kitchen. The hostel seemed to be intertwined with the coffee shop next to it, which played music all day. I could hear the music in my room throughout the day. Fortunately, it closed early evening, so sleeping wasn't an issue.

In a great location with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes.

Our room didn’t have a curtain so was bright when getting to sleep. The fans are also very noisy as they are right next to your head
