The staff was super nice and available for everything we needed. The location is optimal as its just few minutes from Parque del Poblado and Provenza. The breakfast was very appreciated.

In a safe and lively area. Near areas where tours pick up tourists. Very clean and comfortable. Fancy design. The Staff were very helpful in booking taxis to the airport and storing my luggage while I waited for the taxi.

The toilet area in the room being not fully closed off wasnt great because the smell stay for a bit

The angry gorilla statue in the room was a bit weird.

The jacuzzi on the balcony was one of the best things I’ve ever had. I didn’t leave the room for 36 hours as I was just so relaxed out there. The room itself was quiet and comfortable. I also found the staff super helpful as they give you a hotel WhatsApp number and they responded to all my questions really quickly and helpfully.

NOISY! Location great, but traffic until late at night, and early in the morning. Rooftop bar never open. Nowhere to lie down by the pool - no beds supplied. One morning the downstairs (bar.dining area) had been hired out for a private event, so breakfast was moved to an area next to the lift and storage rooms on furniture brought down from the roof. We felt like an inconvenience while the event took preference. The worlds smallest WC in rooms! If you are over 175cm you will struggle to sit down!

There was no restaurant but they did offer breakfast. They mention there is noise rules but at often times at night they were the one’s making the noise with music and you could hear guest laughing.

Very good new hotel near Poblado park. Super noisy atmosphere in the night from the nearest bars and restaurants If you want to sleep well, this can happen after 4 AM. Very slow breakfast serving.

Pay attention if you're going with a friend or colleague (not my case) but the bathroom is "opened" to the room, so you need enter in the shower area directly from the room area.

The room was comfortable and beautiful, the decor is very different. The staff was super gentle and the hotel is close to the metro and other things to see in town.

The hotel is very close to El Pablado Park, where most tours meet. Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, pastry shops and money exchange places nearby. The area is safe to walk day and night. My room was clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable and huge. My room faces the street and there was some noise but nothing to disturb my rest. The shower is open concept with no door or curtain, water often spilled out when I shower and wash my hair. Hot water and water pressure was superb. Walking to my room was kinda scary, the hallway is unlit until you get close. The sensor needs readjusting. I used my phone light to enter. Breakfast was good, quick and always delicious. The folks working the front desk were very nice and always helpful. I would highly recommend this place. The rooftop is nice, but the bar was never open. The pool is really small and nice for hanging out in but not swimming. The space is great for photos. It's a beautiful view of the city at night.

The noise, our balcony door also didn’t lock, they said they’d fix it but it was broken for our whole 4 day stay.

Good location, lovely rooms and terraces, however the NOISE from the street, good lord. We saw a few reviews about this but we’re fairly young and we’re out and about ourselves so didn’t think it would be bad - but wow. We were on the 6th floor and every night the noise from the park square over the road was crazy, such a shame! The breakfast was great, really nice rooms and the Mexican restaurant over the road was fab too - loved the jacuzzi on the terraces but don’t think we could stay again due to the noise unfortunately!
