Very centrally located for both business and leisure travellers, with some good pubs and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, provided the weather is favourable for a stroll, but still you can get to good food places in between 10-20 mins in a taxi. The hotel’s prices are very competitive so overall good value for money stay

The staff, try to help in different situations but very bad organised and problems with the room and elctricity. I miss the alarm one dah and miss two meetings. That was bad and no electric in almost two days. They should offer a refund or compensation..

The cleaner on the 8th floor was very nice. Spoke to us each day and asked us if we needed anything always. Bed was comfortable. Pool was decent.

A little bit dated in the room. Floor of the shower and shower heads needs attention to - they were falling off/worn. Didn't realise it was a Russian based package destination.

The dinner buffet was not as expected, soo poor. 2/ I asked for assistance to special thing to celebrate, Mr, Kamal promised me but no thing done . 3/ the room was connected with other room which was so noisy for me to sleep 4/ bathtub so high and I get aprplem to get out with wet floor. 5/ I asked for ice , the told me I have to pay 10 A.D . the ice is not free💰 For me, will not back
