The place is (almost) perfect. I already stayed here twice. The host is fabulous: extremely polite and well-mannered, very reliable and helpful (when I needed this appt third time and it was occupied,he himself found me a good alternative) The appartment is likewise great: well maintained, well-equipped, clean, with water supply all the time (even if the city switches off the water in the neighbourhood).%he bed is very comfortable. It is centrally located, close to restaurants and just a 100 m from a supermarket, a walking distance fom Fortaleza de san Miguel . I will rent it again for sure

Excellent location, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Mr. Lourenco was always available and respectful. There was a doorman and security guard at the door. A variety of shops and restaurants were right outside the door, and women sold fresh fruit right next to the door. The doorman even arranged for someone to wash my car before I returned to the airport.

Besides a neighborhood dog that barks for hours at night, I have nothing negative to complain about.

Never mind if you are the president or only an avarage person from the street, if you have booking by them everyone is treated equally. And this happens seldom. You always feel there as an VIP guest as only you need to deal with any problem at the reception desk. Very kind and professional personnel. Many thanks to Mrs Irene for her flexibility.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very cold, they were putting AC on during winter time. The staff was helpful giving me extra blankets but the room remained super cold, even after we switched off the AC.
