Room & bathroom were very spacious and clean. Little bit dated but super comfy. Bed & pillows were really nice & linen was excellent. Shower pressure & temperature great. Like that bottles of water were supplied every day, along with coffee & kettle. Staff on reception were really nice & welcoming & were fantastic in calling a taxi when I had to leave super early for my train. Also had dinner one night at the rooftop bar & it was excellent. And same price as eating out (usually hotels are more expensive). Would thoroughly recommend eating there & if lovely weather then sit outside & enjoy the view. Location of hotel to all the sights is fantastic & so many cafes & restaurants around.

No fridge in the room & if no fridge then would be good to supply crema sachets for the coffee provided (there was a Nescafé sachet provided that had milk in it but the other coffee sachets were just coffee). Apart from the bedside light switches I was never able to work out how all the other switches worked & there was no ‘bathroom only’ light switch- fine as I was a solo traveller but probably not good if a couple. Despite the ‘things I didn’t like’, they were very minor things & did not make my stay any less enjoyable. If walking from Brussels Midi/Zuid station to hotel be aware it’s not that pretty.

Very comfortable room. Plenty of room for two people. The view from the rooftop bar was amazing of the city. The location is right in the centre and very close to the central train station.

The rooftop bar was shut on one of the two evenings we stayed as they had a private event, we were sent to the brasserie which then closed and the main bar downstairs didn’t seem to serve drinks. Breakfast was expensive.

The window opens only to side, thus for safety reasons we couldn't leave it open at night. Thus it was too hot. Our window looked straight to the back stairs of the hotel.

Didn’t know there was festival during first few days, didn’t sleep for first 2 days as music was right next to hotel, when festival finished, everything was excellent
