amazing property can only recommend. We liked it so much that we changed our plans to come back. Amazing restaurant, beautiful too, breakfast is simply perfect. Great pool area and overall surroundings are amazing. Almost private beach very quiet while all beaches of Pipa are usually crowded and slightly constructed. Service is top notch. Little reco, they are progressively renovating the rooms so some are amazing while others are nice. Worth the little upgrade to get one of the renovated !

The hosts were brilliant, communicative, giving ao many tips on what to do and even arranging transfers from the airport with a stop to enjoy the sunset. The apartment is very well located, with 24 hour security. It's 5 min walk to the teatro, which is a bustling square with lots of restaurants and where you can walk safely at night amongst lots of people. I had a wonderful stay, thank you very much.

Location was excellent close to restaurant and not far from the beach. Space was quite good for a couple and the use of a small kitchen was very helpful. Ability to leave bags after check out for a few hours was really helpful too.

There were some bugs and mosquitoes which was slightly annoying, possibly having a mosquito net over the windows in the bathroom and kitchen would be really helpful. No ability to close the kitchen window also didn’t help. The noise from the street on the weekend was quite loud, so something to be aware of. Only one bin in the apartment - maybe add another in the kitchen area?
