The property is so clean! we saw staff maintaining cleanliness from the moment we arrived. The views are amazing. The reception staff are incredible - especially Valentina and Jefer! When we arrived Valentina gave us a warm welcome and ensured that we knew everything about the property and the tours that were available. We changed rooms the next day to a private and met Jefer and he was so kind and helpful. He let us know our room was ready early so we could check in and he insisted on helping with the bags! We really recommend this hostel for its great staff! Viajero is such a great chain, we have stayed in other Viajeros also and the staff are always super!

This was such a great hotel, from the rooms, the showers, the delicious breakfast but most importantly, the wonderful staff who welcomed us with such warmth everyday. The small details of remembering our coffee and eggs order every day, organising our driver William and reservations, their attention to making us all feel special. This made our trip to Bogota even more special. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel location was near to the main attractions, it is not a posh area but was convenient, save us time. The hotel facilities were great. Rooms were comfortable and have great breakfast. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

We had the family room, The private outdoor space is nice. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Mario and the maid are lovely

They could of done with a fan in the room, It is a sweat box. And a fridge with some drinks fir sale would be nice to sit and enjoy a beer in the lovely garden they have. No food available. I did look at the pics and see everyone eating and drinking in the garden, I assumed there was food and drink available. But I would still stay again

Location loved the sound of the river. Happy for us to have early checkin at no extra cost.

Very little interaction with guests. Pleasant enough. Breakfast average but sufficient to start the day. Eggs fruit juice. Bad coffee no provisions for non milk drinkers.

Breakfast; difficult to find someone speaking English; I don’t recommend bocagrande as location for stay (too noisy, too tourist)
