Very quiet, very clean and very well decorated hotel. Breakfast is nice. Hotel employees are very kind and helpful. Hotel is very close to Hamburg Central Station. And final recommendation is “The Coffee Room” in the hotel. You should definitely drink tea or coffee over there. Thank you for everything.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything that we needed to prepare our meals in the evening and the next morning. Members of staff were all very nice and helpful. This was our first visit to this hotel but will not be the last one.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Good size apartment, great location, 3 stations from Old Town. Quiet but being a catholic city bells toll from 0700 we found them lovely. Has a Supermarket in the building on the main street.

The room was really comfortable. Although we were concerned about the shared bathroom at first, it was really clean.

It is not in the best location to come with the family.

Everything was good, especially the reception man; he is very helpful. The rooms was clean and comfortable.

While checking in, I asked the reception to include the breakfast in my booking "Likely he did". However, in the morning I don't find our names in the breakfast list! I paid "probably again" but overall it was not a nice situation I had in the morning.

Very friendly staff members, great location and facilities. And free parking.

Restaurant closes too early, the swimming pool slides and whirlpool are being closed too early too. Saunas are only for nudes, not regular customers.

Sandra’s place was cozy, clean, have a lot of space, and easy to reach.

Location was good and easy to find.

No free parking. I had to pay 15 euros.

Great option when bikepacking.
