The interior design look gorgeous, very nice taste. There is nothing to do outside the hotel. No city centre, no places to have dinner outside (unless you go have dinner in another hotel. The idea is to stay in the hotel and not leave, which for us was a little claustrophobic even though there is a lot of space. We had never been to an all inclusive, I don’t think it matches our family style as we like to see the culture of the places we visit and this just not allow that experience.

It has been recently done up but it used to be another hotel before Zel so some things are old and others new. Our shower wasn’t good - was old and didn’t work well, same with indoor jacuzzi, and lots of pieces of tiles in the pool were missing (we scratched our feet).

Kids water slides were amazing. Food was fantastic. Pool was really nice. Majority of staff were lovely and friendly.

2am check in took nearly one hour, despite no queue. The check in person was rude. Check out was also procedurally long and unclear, with unhelpful staff.
