The hotel was well located and we had many options for entertainment and food.The staff was friendly and helpful (not all of them).overall it was a great experience first time in punta cana and in impressive hotel.

Unfortunately the cleaning was not so good in our room ..they just flip the pillow from the other side rather than change the pillow case and we didn't get enough towels until we asked for them(we were 3 people and they had for 2)

We loved the hotel, didn't have any complaints other than the mold, and the manager.

Our room had mold, and it went all over our clothes, bags and suitcase. We was then moved to another room, and was told we had to pay for our clothes, that had mold on to be cleaned. So I Spoke with the manager at the elite reception, he made out it was my fault, for turning the AC off when I got to cold, or wanted to go on the terrace. Which it doesn't state anywhere in the room, do not turn AC off anywhere. He said he would send someone up to investigate, even tho I had photo evidence. The cleaner came up cleaned my suitcase down, and that was that. No one came to collect the clothes, waited in all day, rang reception for the 5th time, and they said someone would come up, and still no one came. So had to clean them all by hand, which took some time, and on some of them I couldn't get the mold out, so I had to throw some clothes away.

Food in main dining room Buffett needs to improve, cold, mis labeled, short variety. Staff needs to treat all people equal if they think you are from DR they will be dismissive and inattentive. Dinner at Steak Restaurant was a fiasco. Ordered Land and Sea all We got was Land when told waiter they forgot snd never brought meal the meat was overcooked and burned and seafood never made it we walked out after 40 minutes waiting.

The bedroom suite is part of a large apartment. Guests share the living room. This was not advertised and I found that wrong to not know in advance of booking. Bathroom was poorly supplied. No soap. Only one bath towel. No face clothes or hand towels. Faucet in bathroom leaks.
