Gorgeous hotel, right next to the Pyramids. The free buggy service to the exclusive pyramids entrance (less than 5 minutes away) was incredibly convenient. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We booked a garden view room and were delighted to be upgraded to a pyramids view — truly made our stay extra special. Breakfast was excellent, and the pool was gorgeous. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else if I visit Cairo again!

Gorgeous hotel with lovely, attentive staff and a fantastic breakfast. Spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It’s right on the Nile with three pools, including a pool bar, and an infinity pool which is perfect for sunset views. Just a 10–20 minute drive from major sights (Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple). The hotel also has convenient amenities (ATM and gift shop). Would definitely return!

Excellent hotel with good facilities. The food was amazing and provided a large variety to cater to all guests. The room was large and bed comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent!

The spa system is not good. You effectively have to come to a business deal with the staff about how much you will pay which I think is largely overpriced then you are expected to tip after. The gym also could do with more equipment and one of the machines was broken. The Spa staff also try to massively oversell everything and book you in for multiple massages even if you only want one. They also ask where you are from to gather how likely you are to pay a higher price.

One day it took us an hour to get a drink at the bar. The staff were ignoring us and just stood talking. After talking to the manager, this was resolved and didnt happen again.

The property is spacious and on the 3rd floor it has 2 onsuite bathrooms big kitchen and 2 living rooms one has no air conditioning

The pool seemed okay cleanliness wise. Definitely not the rating on booking. There was a piece of metal hanging on the kids' side of the pool, which cut my son’s foot...needed 4 stitches. The manager apologised and seemed like a nice guy.
